Sandwiches with tomatoes and cheese
Ingredients:
- sliced bread (I used toast),

- 8 pieces
- any cheese 100 g
- garlic
- 2-3 cloves
- tomato - 2 pcs.
- mayonnaise
- greens for decoration
Cooking method:
- It is not necessary to use toast bread; you can cut it evenly and neatly into suitable slices yourself.
- If you are using ready-made sliced bread or loaf, then immediately place the sliced pieces on a baking sheet and put them in the oven to dry for 5-10 minutes until a beautiful golden crust forms. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Peel the garlic. Using a grater or garlic press, chop it, combine it with cheese, or you can grate the bread itself (your choice).
- Add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Cut the tomatoes into circles.
- Remove the toasted and dried bread. Grease with a little mayonnaise.
- Spread the cheese mixture on top so that it covers the entire surface of the bread. The layer of mass should not be thin.
- Cover the cheese with tomato slices. Salt to taste.
- Before serving, decorate with greens.

Very tasty and in general, chefs always use the combination of cheese and vegetables to prepare various dishes. Ingredients
- 3 eggs;
- a few slices of bread;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 180 g canned tuna;
- 1 processed cheese (weighing 90 g);
- a handful of olives;
- a few lettuce leaves.
Preparation
Hard boil the eggs, cool and peel. Toast the bread in a dry, hot frying pan on both sides. Rub with garlic and cool too.
Drain the oil from the tuna and mash with a fork. Grate the cheese and eggs on a fine grater. Cut the olives into small pieces or circles. Mix the prepared ingredients.
Place a lettuce leaf on each slice of bread. Place fish mixture on top.
