A healthy breakfast is, of course, great. However, most of us are not capable of such a feat - to get up early in the morning and slowly, with feeling, with clarity, in a clear mind, prepare a healthy breakfast for ourselves and our family. If only it were there at all, this very breakfast, and not just a glass of coffee on the run. That’s why we’re making sandwiches today, and hot ones at that. They taste better and go better in the morning than just dry bread with sausage and cheese. And they, by the way, will be our main ingredients today. See recipes with photos.

Classic sausage sandwiches

Sandwiches with sausage and cheese are a super hearty breakfast that can be prepared in 10 minutes. Today I will share with you an idea on how to make sausage sandwiches using a sandwich maker. The bread is toasted and becomes very crispy, the cheese becomes chewy and very soft. You can add tomatoes and green onions to the filling, it will also be very juicy. Bon appetit!

Ingredients:

  • White bread – 1 piece
  • Boiled sausage - 200 grams (or ham)
  • Cheese - 150 grams
  • Butter – 20 grams

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the bread into slices of equal thickness and brush with butter.
  2. Cut the sausage into thin slices.
  3. Also cut the cheese into thin strips.
  4. Place the sausage and cheese on the buttered bread and cover with the second slice.
  5. Place the sandwich in the sandwich maker and hold for two minutes.

  • Toaster bread – 1 piece (pack)
  • Sausage – 300 grams
  • Cheese - 200 grams
  • Pickled cucumbers – 3 pieces
  • Cherry tomatoes - 6-8 pieces
  • Mayonnaise – 100 grams
  • Ketchup – 100 grams

Cooking method:

  1. I offer the simplest recipe for making hot sandwiches from several available ingredients. So, we need a base - this is toasted bread.
  2. If you are making several sandwiches, you can bake them in the microwave. In my case, there were a lot of sandwiches that I baked in the oven.
  3. Place the bread on a baking sheet and brush each slice with mayonnaise and ketchup.
  4. Take smoked sausage and cut it into pieces. We also chop cucumber and tomatoes. Try to make the slices thinner.
  5. Place the sausage in the first layer, and top with the cucumber.
  6. Then lay out the cherry tomatoes cut in half and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
  7. We bake our sandwiches in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Before serving, decorate with herbs.

  • 1 loaf;
  • 200 gr. chicken fillet;
  • 200 gr. smoked ham or sausage;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 100 gr. hard cheese;
  • a little vegetable oil for lubrication.

We cut off the top part of the loaf; it will serve as a lid, so we cut off a layer that is not too thick.

We select the crumb from the remaining part of the loaf, we should get a “boat” with walls about 1 cm thick

Cook the chicken fillet in advance. By the time it is cooked, it should have cooled down so that you can cut without burning your fingers. Cut the boiled fillet and smoked ham into equal cubes. Remove the skin from the tomato, remove the seeds, and chop the pulp very finely. Grate hard cheese. Set aside about a third of the grated cheese; we will use it for sprinkling.

Mix the reserved cheese with tomatoes, ham and chicken fillet, mix. Salting, as a rule, is not required; the salt contained in the products is enough. But you can pepper it. The taste of the dish is truly amazing, at least my whole family always eats these sandwiches with pleasure, and they turn out to be very nutritious and satisfying, so no one will be left hungry. Ingredients:

  • Loaf - 7-8 Slices
  • Potatoes - 1-2 pieces (large)
  • Sausage – 200 grams
  • Egg - 2 pieces
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • Spices - To taste
  • Salt - To taste
  • Vegetable oil - To taste (for frying)

Cooking method:

  1. First, peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater.
  2. Then you need to grate the sausage in the same way; there is no need to freeze it before, it should grate well anyway.
  3. Break eggs into a bowl with potatoes and sausage, add mayonnaise, salt and spices to taste
  4. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Cut the loaf into fairly large slices.
  6. Place a layer of potato and sausage mixture on each potato slice.
  7. After this, heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the sandwiches in it with the filling down.
  8. Fry them for 3-4 minutes, then turn them over and fry on the other side until golden brown.

Hot sandwiches with crab sticks in a frying pan

An original recipe for making hot sandwiches. Crab sticks will give this appetizer an unusual taste and aroma. This dish will only become tastier with crab sticks.

Ingredients:

  • White bread – 1 loaf
  • Dill – 10 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Crab sticks – 50 g
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

Preparation:

Chop crab sticks. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Wash the dill, dry it and finely chop it.

Mix crab sticks with cheese, egg and herbs. Add chopped garlic and salt. Mix the filling until smooth.

Cut the bread into slices, about 2 cm thick. Place 1-2 tbsp on one side of the bread. l. crab filling and smooth with a spoon so that the filling does not extend beyond the edges of the bread.

  1. Toast the bread slices in a dry frying pan or in a toaster. Spread mayonnaise on the bread, arrange separately lettuce leaves, tomato slices, onion half rings and liver sausage.

  • Loaf – 12 Slices
  • Egg – 4 pieces
  • Sausage – 4 slices
  • Tomato – 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Spices - To taste
  • Salt - To taste

Cooking method:

  1. To begin, cover a baking sheet with baking paper and place four slices of loaf on it, greased with a small amount of mayonnaise.
  2. Next, put a circle of any sausage on each slice of loaf, if your sausage is wide like mine, you can put half a circle.
  3. We add a slice of cheese and a slice of tomato to the sausage; in general, you can use any product here, for example, pickled cucumber. Now we need to carefully remove the crumb from the remaining eight slices of the loaf and place them on top of the whole slices, two slices without crumb for each whole slice.
  4. Thus, we get something like a well with a recess, into which we break eggs, one for each sandwich, the egg must be salted and sprinkled with spices.
  5. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees and bake the sandwiches until the egg is set. As soon as it hardens, the sandwiches can be removed and served.

Cooking rules

To prepare a stuffed loaf, you can use baked goods made from white or black flour. The choice of option is a matter of taste. It is convenient to use French baguettes; they make excellent “cups” with filling.

Preparing the loaf involves removing most of the crumb and putting the filling in its place. The filling options are varied. This could be meat fare, prepared meat products (for example, ham), fish, vegetables. You can use several types of fillings, combined with each other and lay them in layers.

The stuffed loaf can be served just like that, or baked. Most often, they use the oven, but you can prepare this dish in the microwave. The loaf is usually served warm, but the cooled snack will be very tasty.
