  • soda - 1 tsp.

  • sesame - 2 tsp.

For filling:

  • cabbage - 600 gr.
  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs.

Boil the eggs first and let cool. We take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance - it should be slightly softened. There is no need to heat it, room temperature is enough.

  1. Shred the cabbage into thin strips.

2. To make it softer and juicier, knead it directly in the bowl with your hands. Before doing this, you can salt it a little.

3. Cut the boiled eggs into cubes and add to the filling. If you want it spicier, add ground black pepper.

At this stage, turn on the oven, it should warm up to 180 degrees.

10. We begin to “assemble” our pie. Line the pan with baking paper, grease it with butter and lightly sprinkle with semolina.

11. Pour half of the dough into the bottom of the mold and level it with a spoon or spatula.
