  1. It is better to use premium flour. The entire volume is sifted through a sieve twice.
  2. You need to pour the flour into the bowl where the dough will be kneaded. Add yeast, warm water, chicken egg, sunflower oil, salt, sugar to it. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. The dough should be pliable and not stick to your hands.
  3. The dishes must be covered with cling film or foil and placed in a warm place for 50 minutes.
  4. Knead the risen dough after greasing your hands with oil.
  5. Leave the dough warm for 30 minutes.
  6. To prepare the sauce, melt the butter and cool it to room temperature.
  7. Add finely grated garlic to the oil. Add salt and dill there. Mix.
  8. Divide the dough into 3 equal pieces. Roll them out separately into a round shape.
  9. Thoroughly season the first pancake with sauce and place in a pan covered with parchment.
  10. Place another flatbread coated with sauce on top.

You can, of course, have it for lunch and dinner, but fresh bread for breakfast is the dream of any city dweller. I would add - a pipe dream, since what modern bakeries offer us cannot be called bread. There is only one way out - bake bread yourself and it’s not difficult at all!
