Ingredients:

  • 700 grams of minced meat;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 6 boiled eggs;
  • 1 tbsp. mustard;
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise;
  • 2 tbsp. semolina;
  • 1 onion;
  • a bunch of green onions;
  • 1 tbsp. butter;
  • 1 tbsp. sunflower oil;
  • salt to taste;
  • pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  • Place minced meat in a bowl. Add raw egg, semolina, mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix everything well and leave the mixture for 30 minutes until the semolina swells. In a frying pan, fry the chopped onion until golden brown.

  • We peel the boiled eggs and cut them into small cubes. Chop green onions. Mix it with chopped eggs and fried onions. Salt and pepper to taste, mix.

  • Place a piece of foil in front of you. Do not place the minced meat on it and smooth it over the entire surface to a thickness of 2 cm.

  • Spread the egg-onion mixture on top over the entire surface. Leave 3 cm on each edge.

  • We wrap the edges of the foil to form a roll. Wrap the roll in foil and place in the oven for an hour. 10 minutes before it’s ready, tear the foil to allow the roll to brown. Cut the finished dish into portions and serve.


Recipe 1: Scotch deviled eggs

  • Minced chicken or beef - 700-800 g
  • Chicken egg - 5-6 pcs.
  • Stale bun (optional) - 100 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Fresh greens - 0.5 bunch
  • Sea salt - to taste
  • Pepper, h.m. - taste
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying
  • Flour - 100 g
  • Egg for batter - 1-2 pcs.
  • Breadcrumbs - 200 g

Boil the eggs in salted water for 5 minutes, immediately transfer them to ice water, this will make them easier to peel.

Salt and pepper minced beef or chicken, add finely chopped onion and herbs.

I want to say right away that I always add a bun, pre-soaked in water or milk, so the minced meat turns out tastier. Mix the minced meat well, peel the eggs.

Divide the minced meat into 5-6 equal parts. Roll the egg in flour, so the minced meat will stick to it better, with wet hands, flatten the minced meat in the palm of your hand, place the egg on it, pinch on all sides, form a ball in the form of a cutlet. Do the same with the remaining minced meat and eggs.

  • First, sort out the rice and boil it in plenty of water. Place in a colander. Pour the rice into a salad bowl.

  • Cut the onion into small cubes. If the onion is very spicy, you can add water to it so that all the bitterness goes away. Add to rice.

  • Drain the liquid from the canned food.

  • We take out the fish and separate the bones. Mash into small pieces with a fork. We send it to the salad bowl. Peel the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. We send to the rest of the ingredients.

  • Chop green onions. Gently mix the salad and add some salt. Season it with mayonnaise (it’s better to use homemade mayonnaise).

  • 250 grams of boiled chicken fillet;
  • 2 onions;
  • 5 boiled eggs;
  • 3 apples;
  • half a glass of chopped walnuts;
  • 100 grams of Dutch cheese;
  • 1 boiled beets;
  • 200 ml mayonnaise;
  • Apple vinegar;
  • greenery.

Preparation:

  • Cut the peeled onions into half rings and marinate in water and vinegar.

  • Then grate 3 boiled eggs, apples, hard cheese and beets on a coarse grater. Squeeze the juice from the beets (you will need it to color the egg whites). Cut the meat into small strips. We lay out all the products in layers, spreading them with mayonnaise.
