Step-by-step cooking process

The cooking process includes several stages:

  1. You should start with the sauce. Then, while the remaining components are being cut, the components of the dressing will have time to “make friends”. The taste of the sauce will be more rich, bright, and uniform. The basis will be lean mayonnaise/yogurt. It is best to take the latter natural Greek, designed specifically for salad dressing.
  2. Little by little, add sugar to the base and mix very well after each serving. Sweet crystals should completely dissolve in the mass.
