We will need:

  • potatoes - 400 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • butter - 25 g.
  • cream - 3 tbsp
  • salt to taste

Filling:

  • minced beef and pork - 250 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • frozen vegetable mixture - 3 tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil

Fill:

  • egg - 1 pc.
  • cheese - 50 g
  • cream - 3 tbsp

Cooking method:

1. Start by frying the onions in a frying pan. To do this, cut it into cubes and place in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Do not forget to stir so that it does not burn, the onion should become soft and beautiful in appearance, slightly golden.

2. Then add minced meat to it, mix and add salt. And fry for about 5 minutes.

3. Now add the tomato paste. Those who like tomato taste can add a little more than 1 tbsp. Chop the garlic finely using a knife, or squeeze it through a press. See what is more convenient for you. Mix everything. Add a little water and simmer until done. In time it is 15-20 minutes.

  • fresh potatoes - 0.5 kg
  • egg - 1 pc.

  • milk - 50 g
  • pork or beef meat - 250 g

  • broth - 0.3 l
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  • cream or sour cream - 1 tbsp
  • flour - 2 tbsp

1. Peel the potatoes and cut each one in half. Salt the water.
