    Step by step recipe

  • First, prepare the dough: break eggs into a deep plate, pour oil (vegetable) into them and pour in sugar (the amount of the last ingredient can be varied to your taste). Mix all products thoroughly with a whisk or a regular fork.
  • Place flour, cocoa, baking powder and sunflower seeds (peeled) and/or dried apricots, raisins and other dried fruits in another plate, then mix thoroughly.
  • Combine dry ingredients with egg-sugar mixture and oil (vegetable). Gradually pour milk into the dough, mix everything well. The consistency of the dough should be homogeneous, not too thick (like pancakes).
  • Next, start baking. Prepare a silicone mold: it should be well coated with oil (vegetable). In this case, you can use a special silicone brush, but you can simply coat it manually.
  • The prepared dough is poured into a mold and sent to the microwave. This dessert is baked for 5 minutes. During this time, you can tidy up and wash all used equipment.
  • The finished cake is removed from the microwave and carefully removed from the mold. To do this, you can simply cover the mold with a flat plate and turn it over.
  • The cake is then prepared for serving. To give the product a festive look, its surface is sprinkled with powdered sugar, poured with chocolate (liquid) or cream (sour cream).
  • Cooking tips

    • Mix the muffin batter ingredients thoroughly . The sugar should completely dissolve. Make sure there are no lumps.

    • granulated sugar – 80 grams;
    • a pinch of baking powder;
    • a little salt;
    • milk – 5 large spoons;
    • lemon juice – ½ tbsp;
    • 2 large spoons of vegetable or olive oil;
    • a pinch of vanilla powder;
    • 30 grams of chopped nuts;
    • carrots, grated into small pieces – 80 grams;
    • raisins – 1 large spoon;
    • a pinch of cinnamon;
    • nutmeg – 1/8 tsp.

    Cooking will take about 15 minutes, calorie content – ​​245 kcal.

    Cooking plan:

    1. Sift the flour into a small cup, add granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon;
    2. Mix all components thoroughly;
    3. Add lemon juice to the milk and leave to stand for minutes;
    4. After this, pour milk with lemon juice into another cup, add butter, vanillin, grated carrots;
    5. Mix everything well with a spoon or whisk;
