- pork ham (you can just boneless meat) - 1 kg
- sugar - 4 teaspoons
- mustard - 1 teaspoon.
Preparation
Rinse the ham and place it in a microwave-safe baking dish, cover with parchment and microwave for 10-13 minutes at full power. Remove the meat from the oven and drain the resulting juice into another bowl.
Take mustard and sugar and add to the juice, stir and pour it over the meat. Bake at maximum oven power for another 3-5 minutes, also covered with paper.

Then pour refined sunflower oil into a deep plate and add seasoning for meat or mix chopped dried herbs, pepper and salt yourself. Stir evenly. Next, transfer the pork steaks to a microwave-safe plate and place in the oven. Set the time for 5-7 minutes (depending on the size of the piece of pork). After that, take out the plate and turn the pieces of meat over and put them in the microwave again. If the microwave is an inverter, then we set the average power again and the time to 6-8 minutes; if it is an ordinary microwave, then the average power and 8-10 minutes.

In this article we will look at the use of a microwave oven using the example of cooking pork. After all, a juicy piece of baked meat is an incredibly tasty and most often used version of the dish served to the table. It can be garnished with absolutely anything: mashed potatoes, boiled pasta, porridge, unsweetened casseroles and vegetables. Everyone will be able to choose for themselves exactly what they love most. Pork can be baked in the microwave in its natural (open) form, in a sleeve, in a heat-resistant container (immediately with a side dish). In any case, it turns out juicy and not overdried.

Baked pork in the microwave is prepared as follows:

Ingredients:
- boneless pork – 0.5 kg;
- “Spicy” mustard - 1 tbsp;
- lemon pepper;
- spice mixture “For meat”;
- coarse salt.
Energy value per 100 g: 262 kcal.
Step by step description:
- It is recommended to take fresh (chilled) pork. But if you don’t have one in stock, but have frozen one, it doesn’t matter. You can easily defrost it quickly using a microwave. Simply place the meat in a deep plate, cover with a special lid and place it in the oven for 10-15 minutes, selecting the “Defrosting” mode. In the middle of the defrosting process, the meat will need to be turned over once. Drain the liquid formed during the thawing process, and dry the meat itself with kitchen napkins;
- Rub the drained meat with mustard on all sides, trying to “mass” it in as thoroughly as possible. You will not need salt and spices at this stage of preparation; they will be used last;
- Place the mustard-coated meat in a baking bag, then seal the edges with special microwave-safe clips. Make several punctures in the upper part of the bag - they are necessary for the release of hot steam during the baking process;
- Place the package of meat on a plate with high sides and microwave at full power (800 W) for 20 minutes. Immediately after the readiness signal, you should not open the microwave oven door - leave the pork to stand in it for another 7-8 minutes (already turned off), and then remove it;
- Cut the bag, transfer the baked pork to a plate, sprinkle with salt crystals, rub with lemon pepper and a mixture of spices. Cut the seasoned meat into slices, garnish with fresh vegetables and herbs. Serve with your favorite tomato sauce and side dish of your choice.

How to soften tenderloin?
Pounding and cooking in tomato sauce will loosen the connective tissue of the meat: a low level of frying will allow the meat to cook gradually; Thawing is especially important - without it, the meat will not soften. Beat the meat with a wooden mallet. At the same time, it should soften and flatten to a thickness of 0.5-1.5 cm.
Roll the pieces in flour.
Place the meat on a plate. Drizzle sauce on top.
Mix all other ingredients in a half-liter cup.
Pour the resulting mixture evenly over the meat. Cover with a semi-permeable plastic covering that can release steam.
Cook at 50% power for 25 minutes. Turn the pieces of meat over and swap them. Cover again. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
The meat should be easy to fork. Let it sit, tightly covered, for 10 minutes. As the meat sits, it continues to soften.
1 kg beef - cut into pieces of a suitable size for serving, 1/4-1/3 cup flour, 1 package of mixed onion sauce, 220 g tomato sauce, 2 tbsp. l. chopped parsley, 1/4 cup water.
How to cook pork with rice in the microwave
Components:
- pork pulp – 300 g;
- rice cereal – 150 g;
- tomato puree – 2.5 tbsp;
- meat broth – 350 ml;
- sweet paprika – 1 pc.;
- Bulgarian onion – 1 pc.;
- rock salt;
- a mixture of ground peppers;
- garlic cloves – 3 pcs.
Cooking time: 20 min.
Amount of kcal per 100 g: 180.
Step-by-step description of preparation:
- The first thing you need to prepare is the meat. Cut the pork flesh into strips, sprinkle them with salt and pepper mixture, and then stir;
- In a special glass pan for cooking in microwave ovens, place the washed rice, diced onion and paprika cut into strips. Add tomato puree, pour broth over everything and stir. Place a layer of prepared pork and garlic cloves on top;
- Cover the pan with a lid and place in the microwave oven at full power for 10 minutes. Then reduce the power to 600 W and continue cooking for another 7 minutes;

Because in stores you can get low-quality pork, which after cooking will be very dry, and the whole dish will go down the drain.
Then, you will need two large onions.

When all the ingredients are prepared, we can start cooking the pork with apples.
First, rinse the piece of meat and then cut it into thin slices. By the way, if the piece of pork you will cook from has fat, then it is better to cut it off, then chop it into small pieces, and fry in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. If not, then we do everything exactly as described below, but without fat.
When you pull out a saucepan with already fried fat from the microwave, you will find that the fat has melted - this is normal. Without removing anything, put the already cut slices of meat into a container with fat, and in accordance with your tastes and preferences, salt, pepper, and sprinkle with the seasonings you need. Now microwave the meat at maximum power for about 2-3 minutes. When the time is up, take it out, stir, and fry again for the same time, but at medium power.
Next, you need to chop the onion. You can do this in the way that is most convenient for you - either in rings or half rings, it does not matter more. When the onion is chopped, take the meat out of the microwave again and pour the chopped onion onto it. There is no need to stir anything. Together with the onion, place the meat in the microwave for another 3 minutes, or until the onion is soft.
Now let's get to the fruit. As we said earlier, we will need two apples. Be sure to wash the fruit and cut it into thin slices so that the apple slices are well baked. This is the last thing you will have to cut. Fruits can be replaced with vegetables.
Having chopped, pour it all into the more or less finished meat, again, without stirring, and you can put the pan in the microwave again. Just remember to cover with a lid, because this time the dish should simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
