If you want to prepare a hearty and healthy dinner, I offer a recipe for meat and vegetables up my sleeve. In this case, beef is used, which is pre-marinated in kefir. You can take any vegetables.

Let's get down to the recipe for our meat itself. Products you will need:

  • Pork - 600 g;
  • Potatoes - 4-5 pcs.;
  • Carrots - 1 pc.;
  • Onions - 12 pcs.;
  • Green beans - 12 cups;
  • Zucchini - 1 pc.;
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves;
  • Paprika - 14 tsp;
  • Salt - 1 tsp;
  • Black pepper - 12 tsp.

For the sauce:

  • Sour cream - 1 glass;
  • Cream - 12 cups;
  • Garlic - 5 cloves;
  • Greens - 14 cups;
  • Salt - 14 tsp.


Detailed preparation of meat with vegetables in the sleeve

Preparation:

  1. We rinse the meat well with water and then dry it. Cut into medium-sized cubes and place everything in a bowl. We also add salt, pepper and paprika there and leave the meat to marinate in its own juice. You can also add chopped garlic to the marinade and carefully distribute it over the meat. At this time, you can start preparing the remaining ingredients.
  2. We peel carrots, zucchini and potatoes and then rinse them under running water. If desired, you can not peel the potatoes, but bake them in their skins. We cut all this into cubes approximately the same size as the meat. Carrots can be grated on a coarse grater, so their taste will be less noticeable. We grind the onion in an electronic meat grinder, or, if you prefer, cut it into regular rings. We simply wash and dry the green beans. If you add other vegetables, we also clean and carefully chop them.
  3. Put the oven on preheat (the temperature should be at least 170 degrees), prepare the dishes for baking. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and lightly whisk them with a whisk. If you want to make a thicker sauce, you can add a little less cream or do without it altogether.
  4. We put our meat and vegetables in the sleeve, and pour the sauce on top of everything and add a little more chopped garlic. You can add more spices to taste. We wrap the sleeve and then put our meat in the oven for 35-40 minutes until fully cooked.

Take it out, cut a baking sleeve, cool slightly and serve. Enjoy!
