If you are the lucky owner of a multicooker, try making puff pastries in it. The recipe is no different from the previous ones, but we will describe the preparation method in detail.

  1. Prepare the dough as before.
  2. Make your favorite cheese filling.
  3. We form puff pastries and brush them thoroughly with egg on one side.
  4. Pour 20 ml into the multicooker bowl. vegetable oil, set the “Baking” mode or 180 C for 25 minutes.
  5. We wait until the bowl warms up a little.
  6. Place the pies in one layer, greased side down, coat the other side with egg, close the lid and cook the puffs for 15 minutes.
  7. Open the lid, turn the puff pastry so the golden side is up, close the lid and bake for another 10 minutes.

Crispy puff pastries with cottage cheese

If you need to quickly prepare something for tea, then this recipe will help out. It is prepared in a hurry, during which time the kettle will not even have time to boil.

What to prepare

  • puff pastry – 0.5 kg;
  • cottage cheese – 200-230 g;
  • sugar – 1.5 tbsp;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • vanilla sugar – ½ tsp.

Cooking step by step

  1. Make the filling in a small bowl. To do this, mix cottage cheese with egg whites, sugar and vanilla sugar. The mass should be homogeneous.

4 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, a quarter teaspoon baking powder, 2 caramels, a quarter teaspoon salt, 1 egg, 4 tablespoons sugar, one tablespoon olive oil, 3 tablespoons milk.

In a small bowl, thoroughly stir together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, milk, egg, salt, and vegetable oil until smooth. Pour the mixture into a mug, dropping the caramels into the center one at a time.

Prepare 1 kilogram of wheat flour, one and a half glasses of milk, 6 eggs, 300 grams of butter, 1 glass of sugar, 50 grams of dry yeast, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, 150 grams of raisins, 50 grams of candied fruits, 50 grams of almonds.

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add 500 grams and half of all the flour, mixing thoroughly to avoid lumps. Place the resulting dough in a warm place, covered with a towel.

After the dough has risen well, having doubled in volume, add the egg yolks, ground with sugar and salt, the rest of the flour, and softened butter. Knead the dough thoroughly and add the egg whites whipped into a thick foam.

Cooking process:

If the dough is from the refrigerator, then defrost it. You can use the microwave. Next, we make a sausage out of it by hand and cut it into small squares, like dumplings. Then roll them out into small flat cakes about 2-3 cm thick.

Now let's prepare the filling and sauce. In one bowl, stir finely grated cheese and ketchup. For the sauce, we will need to mix mayonnaise and two types of mustard in a separate cup according to the recipe.

  6. Cut the resulting dough into two halves.
  7. Next, take a mold, place some of the rolled out dough into it, place it in the microwave and bake for 5 minutes.
  8. Now prepare the filling. Place ketchup on a plate, add ground black and red pepper, brush the finished dough crust with sauce, sprinkle grated cheese on top, and let the dish cook for another 3 minutes. That's all, delicious pizza is ready!

Mix 500 gr. wheat flour and 2 teaspoons of salt, pour onto the table in a heap.

250 gr. Finely chop the chilled butter with a knife, place it on top of the flour and continue chopping the butter and flour until you get small shavings.

Pour 9 tablespoons of cold water into the dough, one at a time, immediately mixing the dough with your hands and knead the dough until smooth. Wrap the resulting dough in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll out into a thin rectangular layer.

Place one part of the butter in thin slices on the dough and wrap the dough so that the butter is inside. Roll out the dough again as thin as possible, fold it 3 times and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, again wrapping it in film.

Take out the dough and repeat all the above steps as many times as there are pieces of butter. Keep the dough in the cold for another 20-30 minutes and you can start making pies.

Fillings:

1. 300 gr. Finely chop the turkey or chicken fillet with a knife, add 1 large finely chopped red pepper, add salt and mix.

2. 300 gr. Finely chop the chicken fillet, mix with 1 diced onion, add salt and mix.

3. Mix 2 finely chopped red peppers with 200 gr. grated hard cheese. 4. 200 gr. mix any minced meat with half an onion and 1 tomato (cut the vegetables as finely as possible).

5. 300 gr. Finely chop pink salmon or chum salmon fillet, mix with 1 tbsp. spoon of mayonnaise.

6. 150 gr. Mix minced chicken with 1 beaten egg, add 1 finely chopped bell pepper.

Making pies:

Roll out the dough into a layer 0.3 - 0.5 cm thick, cut into squares with a side of 5-7 cm, place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each square, brush the edges of the dough with beaten yolk. Gather the 4 corners of the square on top, and “close” the dough, making 3 “seams” to make a triangular pie, as in the picture.

Place the pies on a flat dish, leaving a distance of at least 1.5 cm between adjacent pies, leave for 20-25 minutes, put in the microwave and bake at maximum power for 7 minutes.

The pies rise well, the dough turns out very tender, however, they will be “pale” in color if the microwave is without a grill. If so, you can bake the pies using a combination setting so that they brown.

The secret of cooking

Working with such a product is much easier than with yeast dough. During the defrosting process, the yeast product will rise and fall more than once. The housewife will have to knead the dough, achieving the ideal shape. With yeast-free dough everything is much simpler. After defrosting, we immediately use the product for further preparation of puff pastries.

At the end of the defrosting time, the dough should be coated with cinnamon and sugar, in the amount that suits your taste. How to cook

You wouldn’t even have to write about cooking puff pastries in the oven – it’s so simple.

  • Turn on the oven and adjust the temperature to 200 C.
  • Place the dough to defrost. It is best to take the layer out of the freezer and simply leave it on a floured table.
  • Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  • If you want, you can add finely chopped (or crushed in a special tool) garlic to the cheese; this will add a wonderful aroma and a pleasant tang to your puff pastries.
  • Roll out the defrosted dough so that the thickness is no more than 3 mm.
  • Cut the layer into squares, you should get 8 pieces.
  • Place filling in the center of each square.
  • Beat the egg in a separate cup and use a pastry brush to outline the edges of the future layers for better bonding.
  • Fold the puff pastries into triangles or squares, whichever you prefer. The edges can be nicely pinched or decorated with a fork.
