The next day, remove the dough from the refrigerator and set it aside. We do not remove the film so that the dough does not become crusty. 4. Prepare the filling with cabbage. My filling is simple. Cut the cabbage into small shavings and grind with a pinch of salt until the juice releases.

  • Finely chop 300 g of white cabbage, peel one large carrot, grate it on a coarse grater;
