We love it for the speed of preparation, for the fact that from just two chicken breasts you can cook a whole mountain of chops and feed the whole family to the max. Frankly, this is an irreplaceable dish, a real lifesaver, so a recipe for chicken chops should definitely be in the arsenal of every housewife.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs

So, take two large chicken breasts. If the breasts are small, then for a given number of chops we will need three or four breasts.

Using a sharp knife, cut the chicken breasts into thin slices. Although in cooking there is a rule of cutting meat across the grain, an exception is made for chicken chops: the breasts are cut lengthwise, not across.

As a result, we get beautiful thin plates. Salt and pepper each piece. For this amount of chicken you need about a level teaspoon of salt.

Wash the eggs, break them into a plate, and then beat them with a pinch of salt. I use a flat plate, it’s more convenient for me.

First dip each chicken piece in flour.

Dip the chicken chop again in flour on both sides. Shake off the excess flour a little.

Take a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. The more oil used when frying, the tastier any chops will be. But we should not forget that food should also be healthy, and not just tasty.

When the frying pan and the oil are hot enough, add the chicken chops to the frying pan.

Fry over medium heat. When the egg batter is browned on one side, turn the chicken chop over to the other side.

We make sure that the fire is not too strong; the batter should brown and not burn. Fry the chicken chops for literally two minutes on each side, because chicken cooks very, very quickly. For the same reason, we do not cover the pan with a lid.

Serve hot and flavorful chicken chops. Fresh vegetables are best as a side dish, but traditional potatoes, porridge or pasta are, of course, more satisfying.

Cooking chops in sour cream batter

Chicken breast chops are a delicious dish that can be prepared in a variety of ways.

Products you will need:

  • one dietary egg;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 50 ml fat sour cream;
  • 50 g flour;
  • 500 g chicken fillet;
  • salt.

Procedure:

  1. Cut the chicken crosswise into slices no more than a centimeter thick. Beat the fillet with a wooden mallet. Rub the meat with a little salt and let it soak.
  2. Mix the egg with salt with a whisk, add sour cream, add flour. Knead the mixture until all the lumps are gone. Let the batter sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a frying pan with oil, dip the meat in the flour mixture and fry.

If the batter turns out liquid, then add starch to it and evaluate the result.

Juicy breaded chicken fillet chops

An interesting recipe for making chicken breast chops with melted cheese, herbs and breadcrumbs.

Chicken cutlets are juicy and soft. You can prepare vegetables and mushrooms as a side dish. The dish is suitable for both everyday and festive tables.

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast fillet 4 pcs.;
  • basil;
  • processed cheese 150 g;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • chicken egg 2 pcs.;
  • ghee;
  • pepper, salt.
  • For the vegetable side dish you will need: champignons 200 g;
  • green peas 100 g;
  • butter 1 tbsp. l.;
  • herbs or spices.

How to fry chicken fillet chops in a frying pan deliciously:

Take chicken fillet and rinse thoroughly under water. In the center of the fillet we make a small cut in the form of a pocket. After which we take the basil, chop it finely and mix it with the processed cheese, carefully filling the resulting mixture into the prepared pockets. Pepper and salt to taste.

When beating meat, it is necessary to strike with a hammer of equal force over the entire surface of the fillet.

  • For the batter, separate the eggs into whites and yolks and pour them into different containers. First, dilute the yolks with 1 tbsp. l. water, beat with a fork. Beat the egg whites and salt into a fluffy foam.
  • Dip the chicken into the yolk, then into the flour, and lastly into the white. Place the meat in a hot frying pan with oil. We do not place the chicken tightly so that it is convenient to turn it over to the other side. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

To remove excess oil, place chops on a paper towel.

If you add mineral or carbonated water, due to air bubbles, the dough will be enriched with oxygen and will be more fluffy. The more carbonated the water, the lighter and airier the batter will be.

For the sparkling water option you will need:

  • 100 ml sparkling water;
  • 2 chicken eggs;

The kneading process in the first 2 cases is the same:

  1. The water should be cooled by keeping it in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Any ice that has formed over this period of time must be removed.

  3. Flour is introduced into the egg mass, and, after carefully mixing the ingredients, water is gradually poured in.
  4. Add the required amount of spices to the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

The batter for chicken chops according to the recipe is prepared as follows:

  1. Water is mixed with oil, the resulting mixture is added to the flour in small portions with constant stirring.
  2. Beat the cooled whites with a whisk or mixer until they form a stable foam and carefully combine with the dough.

Rules for using batter

The prepared chicken fillet should be blotted with paper napkins to remove excess moisture. Afterwards, each piece is dipped into the dough and placed in a well-heated saucepan with oil. If the oil is not hot enough, the batter will not hold its shape and will spread over the entire surface.

It is recommended to fry over high heat for 8 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the piece. The white batter should be used immediately and, while frying the meat, stored in a plate placed in a larger bowl with cold water.

Chicken chops in mineral water batter

When preparing the dish, only cold soda is used.

Cooking based on ingredients:

  • one egg;
  • 1 tbsp. flour;
  • 2 tbsp. mineral water;
  • 1/3 tsp. baking soda;
  • 500 g chicken meat.

Cooking step by step:

  1. Cut the fillet into slices, place in a capacious bowl, pour 1 tbsp. sparkling water. Leave for half an hour. Then drain the liquid, pepper and salt to taste. Leave to soak in spices for 3 hours.
  2. For the batter, beat the egg into a small container, add soda, the remaining mineral water and flour. Knead the dough of medium thickness. Place the meat in the batter and place it in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
  3. After the time has passed, fry the chicken in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown.

A light salad will be a great addition to a fragrant and tasty dish.

From soy sauce with starch

Cooking chops in a frying pan will be a good idea if unexpected guests appear on the doorstep.

We create a culinary masterpiece from the following products:

  • 500 g chicken;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 0.5 tbsp. corn starch;
  • 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • 1 tsp. salt;
  • 1 tsp. Sahara;
  • red pepper;
  • sunflower oil as desired.

We proceed according to the scheme:

  1. Wash the chicken under running water and remove excess moisture with a paper towel. Chop the meat into small pieces and place in a deep bowl.
  2. Prepare the marinade in another container. To do this, mix salt, sugar, red pepper with soy sauce and 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. When the bulk ingredients dissolve, pour it over the chicken. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
  3. For the batter, mix eggs with starch until smooth.
  4. After 2 hours, add the batter to the meat preparation and knead.
