- Minced meat – 450-550 gr.
- Onion – 2 pcs.
- Tomatoes – 4 pcs.
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Salt - to taste.
- Paprika - to taste.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
- Vegetable oil - for frying.
Cooking process:
- Chop one of the onions and mix into the minced meat. Next add salt and pepper, stirring well.
- Then we proceed to forming minced meat cutlets in the form of balls.
- To fry, cut the onion into cubes and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
- We remove the peel from the tomatoes and grate the pulp on a fine grater, turning the tomatoes into a paste-like mass. They can also be finely chopped and kneaded with a spatula.
- Fry chopped onions and carrots until soft and golden brown. And gradually add soft tomatoes, diluting them with a small amount of water. Immediately add salt, pepper, paprika and mix well. Simmer like this for another 5-7 minutes.
- Then we lay out the pasta nests for frying, it is advisable that they do not touch each other.
- Fill the pasta pieces with minced meat so that it fits evenly into them.
- Fill the pasta nests almost completely with water and simmer under a closed lid for 25-30 minutes until all the liquid has completely evaporated.
- We lay out the finished nests in portions along with the roasted vegetables.

The most important factor to consider when building nest boxes is their internal dimensions. When keeping egg breeds of birds, the following dimensions of the nest for chickens are observed:
- width - 25 cm;
- height - 35 cm;
- depth - 35 cm.
Households often keep meat and egg poultry, which is larger in size. For these chickens, the width, height and depth are 30, 45 and 40 cm, respectively.
To prevent nest litter from being scattered, a side is installed on the front of the nest box. The height of the threshold must be at least 5 cm. In front of the entrance, it is recommended to make a shelf onto which a bird about to lay eggs will fly. The shelf should be wide enough for a chicken to walk along it. Sometimes this detail is made in the form of a perch. Then it is placed parallel to the front wall at a distance of 10-15 cm from it. The section of the bar is 5x2 cm.
It is advisable to make the roof of the nest boxes steeply inclined (at least 45°). This will prevent chickens from trying to sit on it.
