1. You can use any pasta to prepare the casserole. Long classic pasta, spaghetti, noodles are suitable. But the easiest way to soak the sauce and the most convenient is small pasta such as horns, shells, bows.
2. Place a pan of water on the stove, add a little salt and bring to a boil. When the water boils, add the pasta and cook until half cooked (al dente). Keep in mind that the pasta will still be baked in the oven and it should not turn into porridge. Place the pasta in a colander and let the water drain. Then transfer to a deep bowl. Let the pasta cool completely. While the pasta is cooking, you can prepare the chicken.
3. In the meantime, you can grease the baking dish with butter or vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina or flour. If you use a silicone mold, you don't have to grease it.

5. If you use smoked fillet, just chop it. And if you choose fresh chicken meat, then you need to fry it with onions until tender in a small amount of vegetable oil. - At the same time as the main product, I boil the chicken breast. The water in which the fillet is cooked should be salted. The next day, I simply added a boiled egg to the remaining chicken broth, and I had a delicious first course.
- Then I cut the chicken into thin slices.
- Drain the pasta and add butter.
- I place half of the cooked pasta in a mold greased with vegetable oil, stretching it along its entire length.
- Spread the chicken over the pasta in an even layer.
- I sprinkle the fillet layer with chopped parsley.
- Top with remaining pasta.

This tasty and nutritious dish is made so simply that any beginner can easily cope with such a task.
- 250-300 g pasta;
- chicken fillet;
- 200 ml cream 20% fat;

- 250-300 g cheese;
