Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with sugar until the latter is completely dissolved. This will take about 5-8 minutes, depending on what mixer you use.
2.Mix flour with baking powder and add about a third to the dough, sifting it. Stir with a spatula until smooth and add mayonnaise. Stir everything thoroughly again.
3.Now add the remaining flour and knead into a smooth dough. It will be fluffy, soft, not dense. Heavy drops will drip from the spatula.
4.Cut the apples into cubes and add directly to the dough. Mix everything. As you can see, this recipe also differs in the way the ingredients are arranged. There is no need to lay out anything in layers.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 300 g;
- Baking powder - 15 g;
- Sugar - 150 g;
- Milk - 50 ml;
- Vegetable oil - 150 g;
- Egg - 3 pcs.;
- Apples - 6 pcs;
- Breadcrumbs;
- Butter.
Step 1.
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs and add sugar. Beat with a mixer for 5-7 minutes until the volume increases.
Step 2.
Then pour in a little milk and vegetable oil, and beat a little more with a mixer, just to make the mass homogeneous.
Step 3.
Add baking powder or baking soda to the sifted flour. Stir and add to the egg mixture.
Now knead the dough, it is advisable to do this with a spoon and not with a mixer.
Step 4.
Place the dough aside and peel the apples, removing seeds and skins. Cut into large slices and leave two apples whole (do not remove the skin or seeds).
Cut the peeled apples into cubes (not finely) and add to the dough. Mix evenly.
Step 5.
Prepare the mold, grease it with butter. To make it even better, sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. This will prevent the cake from sticking to the pan.
Step 6.
Pour the batter with apples into the prepared pan and distribute evenly. Place a whole apple in the center and submerge it by more than half, about 2-3.
Peel the second apple but leave the skin on. Then cut into slices, not very thin, and decorate the top of the pie, placing the skin side up around the whole apple.
