  2. Pour the seeds into a blender bowl or coffee grinder and add oil to them.
  3. Turn on the blender and begin to grind the seeds for 2-3 minutes. The main thing here is not to overdo it and not turn the sesame into a liquid, viscous mass.
  4. The finished urbech is placed in a glass bowl. It will be oily. If you don’t like the pasta in this form, you can flavor it with a pinch of salt or lemon juice, sugar, or honey.
