  1. Rinse the rice well. Continue the procedures until the water after rice remains clear.
  2. Place the cereal in boiling water and cook until half cooked.
  3. Soak the liver in warm water for about 10 minutes, then remove the film from it. Thanks to soaking, the film can be removed from the offal in a single layer.
  4. Cut the liver into pieces, removing the vessels, and then chop it with a blender or cut it very finely with a sharp knife.
  5. Remove the peel from the onion, then chop the component and brown in oil (approximately 30 ml is spent).

  6. Place rice, liver, and onions in the dish. Salt the ingredients and season with spices. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  7. Straighten the fat mesh and cut it into rectangles (the minced meat will be sealed in them). The size of the rectangles should allow the design of medium-sized oil seals.
