Place room temperature butter and sugar cut into pieces in the bowl of a food processor. Mix everything into a smooth mass.

Add fine salt, vanillin and sifted flour, mix everything well. Add flour in parts; you may need more or less flour.

As a result, we get a soft elastic dough.

Pinch off pieces weighing 25-30 g from the dough and roll into balls.

Flatten the buns and dip the “front” side into coconut flakes.

We make a “hole” on the dough flatbreads using any convenient device. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet covered with parchment, place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake until golden for 20 minutes.
