In every cookbook there is always a recipe for sweet pastries that we have loved since childhood. Delicious “nuts” with sweet condensed milk inside are just such a dessert. As a rule, the dough is baked in a special nut pan, and the dough should turn out golden brown and crispy.

For the filling you can use not only boiled condensed milk, but also custard, jam or preserves.

Ingredients:

  • 260 g butter;
  • three eggs;
  • 160 g granulated sugar;
  • three glasses of flour;
  • ½ s. l. soda;
  • can of condensed milk.

Cooking method:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer, then add melted butter and flour, add a pinch of salt and soda.
  2. Mix the dough. The base should be thick and oily, but not runny.
  3. We connect the nut maker to the network, put some dough in special molds and bake halves for the nuts.
  4. We fill the blanks with condensed milk, put them together in pairs and get delicious “nuts”.

  3. The amount of flour may differ from that indicated because, firstly, the properties of the product differ among different manufacturers, and secondly, the degree of softening of the butter may vary.
  4. The shortbread dough will be soft, elastic and even pleasant to the touch. It rolls out well with a rolling pin, and it is easy to sculpt almost any figures from it.
  5. The easiest way to roll out the dough is as follows: apply a relief onto it with a rolling pin (or stamp it with another device or even a fork), or you can simply leave the top of the cookie smooth.
  6. Then bake the pieces on a greased baking sheet or lined with baking paper in the oven at 180–200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Watch for browning.

Cooking method:

  1. Grind the sugar with melted butter, without turning off the mixer, add condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  2. Then pour the flour into the resulting mass along with the baking powder and add chocolate crumbs at the end of the kneading. You can use raisins or candied fruits instead.

How to make the simplest cookies with condensed milk:

  1. Pour condensed milk into a deep bowl, then add flour.
  2. Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon and then with your hands.
  3. The baking form can be any, the main thing is to make the cookies small and uniform for even and quick baking. You can pinch off pieces of dough and roll them into balls, or cut strips and roll them into a ring.
  4. If desired, sprinkle future cookies with fine sugar - you will get a tasty crust.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  6. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet greased or lined with parchment.

  1. Combine the eggs with the yolks and beat them with granulated sugar with a mixer.
  2. Then add the butter, a pinch of salt and citrus juice, beat and knead the dough, adding flour and baking powder. We put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. We form balls from the resulting mixture and place them on a baking sheet with parchment. Bake for 15 minutes (temperature 200 degrees). The cookies should remain light, so it is important not to overbake them.
  4. We cut the blanks in half, fill them with condensed milk, and to reconnect the halves we coat their edges.

  3. At the next stage of preparing our condensed milk cookies, you need to beat the mass that we placed in the first bowl. Then add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder.
  4. Mix the dough. Its consistency should not be completely solid so that it can be spread with a spoon. Then you will give your “creation” an arbitrary and original form.
  5. Place portions of dough on a baking sheet and leave in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.

  1. To prepare cookies, you need to prepare all the ingredients. Sift flour together with baking powder. Flour can be sifted using a sieve, or using a special mug.
  2. Then add softened butter to the sifted flour. It is advisable to remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance so that it thaws a little at room temperature. If this is not possible, then you can put the butter in the microwave for a couple of minutes, setting the “Defrost” mode. Please note that the oil should not be overheated. It shouldn't get hot. It should be only slightly softened.
  3. Next, rub the butter and flour together with your hands. Working with softened butter is, of course, much more convenient. Cold butter will not mix with flour.
  4. Then pour in the condensed milk. Gently mix all the ingredients until the dough becomes homogeneous, without lumps. It should be soft and should not stick to your hands.
  5. Form the dough into a ball, place it in a plastic bag and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. During this time, the dough will cool, become more elastic and easier to roll out.
  6. After half an hour, take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into 2 parts. First we work with one part, then with the other. It's more convenient. Roll out the dough. And using cookie cutters, we give the dough the desired shape.
  7. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cookies on it. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. The cookies bake quickly, do not overcook them in the oven.

“Shishki” with condensed milk

Another dessert that our grandmothers and mothers prepare for us is “cones” with condensed milk.

If desired, the dessert can be varied by adding nuts, syrups or honey.

Ingredients:

  • egg;
  • two glasses of flour;
  • ½ tsp. baking powder;
  • a can of boiled condensed milk;

Cooking method:

  1. Grind the egg with sugar, you can add a little vanillin (extract or sugar) for flavor.
  2. Add butter, add flour and baking powder and knead soft dough. Wrap the finished base in cling film and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
  3. Using a grater, grate the dough and spread the chips in an even layer on a baking sheet. Place on the top level of the oven for 15 minutes, temperature – 200°C.
  4. Grind the finished cake and crumble it into pieces of different sizes directly with your hands.
  5. Mix the crumbs with condensed milk and form cones; for this we take cups, glasses, or in general any utensils that will resemble a cone in shape. Cover with film and fill the mold to the very top, compacting the contents a little.
  6. With the help of film, we easily take out our “cones”, sprinkle with powder and before serving, keep the dessert in the refrigerator for a while.

By the way, from cookies, condensed milk, butter and cocoa, you can prepare another recipe from Soviet times - potato cakes. Just grind the cookies into crumbs, mix with butter, boiled condensed milk and cocoa. We make “potatoes” from the dough, roll them in cocoa and proudly serve them for evening tea.

Condensed milk cookies without eggs

Ingredients:

  • Condensed milk - 250 g.
  • Wheat flour - 250 Gr.
  • Salt - 1.5 pinches
  • Butter - 70 g.
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.

  1. To make cookies, you will need a deep bowl and sift the flour into it. You need to add salt and baking powder to the flour. Mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Cut the butter into cubes and place in a bowl with the flour. Using your hands, mix the flour and butter until smooth crumbs form. Just rub the flour and butter between your palms.
  3. Then you need to pour condensed milk into the resulting mass. Knead the dough. Condensed milk will act as a binding element in the dough and replenish the required amount of liquid and fat.
  4. Gather the dough into a ball. Wrap in film and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. After half an hour, take out the dough and divide it into 3 parts. This will make it more convenient to work with him.
  5. Roll each part into a layer 1.5–2 cm thick. Using cookie cutters, cut out shapes. Place the resulting figures on a baking sheet.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 12-15 minutes. The cookies will acquire a characteristic golden brown color. This is a sign that it is ready. Immediately remove cookies from parchment. Transfer to a plate and let cool. Serve the treat with tea.
