Cottage cheese cookies Goose feet - a very tasty recipe

Crispy cottage cheese cookies are very tasty and healthy. And you can’t buy this in a store, because it doesn’t contain harmful preservatives or flavors. I didn't add sugar to the dough. And now the time has come to sweeten our deliciousness. I pour sugar into a plate and dip one side of the cookies. I fold it in half with the sugar side facing in and dip the top side of the triangle again. Place on a baking sheet, sugar side up. To prevent the cookies from opening during baking, press them lightly.

5. You can turn on the oven up to 200 degrees. It is not recommended to bake cookies at a lower temperature, so as not to spoil the layering of the dough. I line a baking tray with baking paper and grease it with butter.
