Do you want to bake a soft and very tender cupcake without even getting your hands dirty? There is nothing easier, because in this recipe I will tell you how to make a cake with condensed milk. You will love these baked goods!

Ingredients:
- 1 egg;
- a pinch of salt;
- a pinch of vanillin;
- 80 g sugar;
- 200 ml refined sunflower oil;

- 100 grams of softened butter;
- sugar, granulated sugar can be used – approximately 110 grams;
- chicken eggs, homemade – 3 pcs.;
- premium wheat flour - about 200 grams;
- low-fat cottage cheese – 250 grams;

Cooking tips and tricks
Be careful not to overcook the baked goods in the oven, as the dough “sets” quickly and can simply burn.
Butter and eggs must be as fresh as possible. Also make sure all ingredients are at the same room temperature. Temperature fluctuations will make your baked goods dense and tough rather than fluffy.
If there are no silicone baking molds, you can replace them with any others of the same shape. Just remember to grease them with butter so that the cupcakes don't burn and separate well when baked.

How to cook “Muffins with condensed milk inside” step by step with photos at home
For work we need milk, egg, flour, baking powder, salt, sunflower oil, vanilla sugar, sugar, walnuts, boiled condensed milk.
Combine 250 ml of milk, 125 ml of sunflower oil and 1 egg. Beat with a whisk.
Separately combine 280 grams of sifted flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 3 grams of salt, 100 grams of sugar and 20 grams of vanilla sugar. Mix.
Stir the flour mixture into the milk mixture.
Fill silicone muffin tins 1/3 full with dough. Place 0.5 teaspoon of boiled condensed milk on top.
Place 1 tablespoon of dough onto condensed milk. The form should be filled with dough to 2/3 of its volume. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top (50 grams in total).

- one chicken egg;
- six tablespoons of starch;

Cake with milk and boiled condensed milk - a delicious recipe
You won’t be able to add thick boiled mixture into the dough. But there is a way out - we will make a filling out of it. I suggest the easiest way to do this. For baking we again use small silicone molds.
Take:
- Flour – 300 gr.
- Eggs - a couple.
- Boiled condensed milk - 8 large spoons.
- Sugar – 150 gr.
- Milk - 200 ml.
- Baking powder – 2 teaspoons.
- Sunflower oil - 100 ml.
Preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar until light foam.
- Pour in milk, sunflower oil, mix the contents again.
- Mix flour with baking powder, add to milk mixture in two additions. Make a batch.
- Pour one tablespoon of dough into the molds.
- Place a small spoon of boiled condensed milk in the center, press down a little with a spoon. Pour another spoonful of batter on top.
- Bake at 180 o C for 30 minutes.

Mix your ingredients in a small aluminum saucepan. Place it on low heat and stir gently. Don't stop and don't move away. When everything is close to boiling, foam will appear. Now turn up the heat and keep stirring to prevent the milk from boiling and spilling. If it still runs away, reduce the heat a little. How to bake muffins with condensed milk: step-by-step recipe
Place butter in a deep bowl, add sugar and beat well. We need to get a fluffy, white, slightly shiny consistency.
Before making muffins with condensed milk inside, I recommend taking the butter out of the refrigerator and letting it warm to room temperature. For subsequent manipulations we will need soft oil. If you don’t have time, you can soften it slightly in a water bath.
Add a pinch of salt and add the eggs one at a time, constantly stirring the mixture with a mixer.
Pour flour into a separate bowl, add baking powder to it, mix everything. We begin to gradually add flour to the liquid ingredients.
The dough for muffins with condensed milk must be constantly thoroughly kneaded using a mixer to prevent the formation of lumps and to achieve an even, homogeneous consistency.
We place silicone baking molds on a baking sheet; if desired, you can additionally grease them with oil.
Using a spoon, fill the molds about halfway with dough.
