- Mix milk with eggs and flour, add warm butter and start kneading the dough;
- The consistency of the dough should be soft and smooth. If it is excessively sticky, add a little flour;
- Leave the dough to rise for 60 minutes under a thick towel;
- After an hour, remove the towel, lightly knead the dough and leave again (10-20 minutes);
- Dump the dough onto a previously floured surface and roll out into a rectangle;
- Spread jam along the entire perimeter, leaving 1.5 cm on the border from the edge;
- Fold the rectangle in thirds lengthwise;
- Seal its edges and roll with a rolling pin;
- Cut the width of the rectangle into 12 strips;
- Twist each strip 3-4 times and lay it out in a ring, connecting the ends;
- Place all the rings on a baking sheet lined with paper and bake at 190°C for 15 minutes;
- Eat warm or freeze in the freezer.
How to bake pies
Place the pieces on a baking sheet greased with oil or lined with parchment paper. Leave about 1 cm between the pies to prevent them from sticking together.

Blueberry jam puffs
Ingredients:
- packaging of yeast-free puff pastry;
- 6 tablespoons blueberry jam.
Preparing the puff pastries:
- Defrost the dough in advance or do it in the microwave.
- Sprinkle the table with flour and spread out the dough. Cut into several rectangles.
- We spread our filling in the form of blueberry jam, fold the rectangle in half and seal the edges. If you think the edges are not sealing tightly, use the tines of a fork to do so.
- We grease a baking sheet with oil and spread parchment paper. We put our puff pastries on it. We make slits on each of them.
- Bake the puff pastries for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.

Butter buns with apple jam and cinnamon
- margarine – ½ pack (pack – 200 g);
- sugar – 1.5 tbsp;
- salt – ¼ tsp;
- milk – ½ l;
- apple jam – 1.5 tbsp;
- egg - 3 pcs.;
- water – ¼ cup;
- flour – 0.5 kg;
- yeast - 1 package (10 g),
- a bag of cinnamon.
Time required: 120 minutes.
- Make the dough: mix yeast with 0.5 tsp of sugar and add water;
- Let the dough sit for at least half an hour. Preferably in a dark, warm place;
- As soon as the yeast foams and increases in volume, melt the margarine in a water bath and add the remaining sugar to it;
- Cool the margarine and pour in the yeast;
- Pour warm milk into the main mixture and stir;
- Beat in the eggs;
- Add flour little by little, stirring well until the dough becomes sticky;
- Set the pan aside, covered with a towel, and wait until the dough increases in volume up to three times;
- Pierce the dough several times with a wooden spatula to let the air out;
- Place the finished dough on the surface of the table and knead it;
- Cut the ball into small balls and roll them out onto a board sprinkled with flour;
- Leave the workpieces under the towel for another 30 half an hour;
- Prepare the filling: mix thick jam with ½ packet of cinnamon (add sugar to taste);
- Turn each ball into a flat cake, place 1 tbsp on the edge. spoon of filling;
- Roll into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle cinnamon on top;
- The oven should be preheated to 200 degrees;
- Bake the buns until golden brown.

- Take a rectangular part, mentally divide it into two halves, and make transverse cuts on one of them. Do a similar procedure with 8 rectangles;
- Place 1 tablespoon of thick jam onto the uncut half;
- Cover the cut part of the half, make puff pastries with filling, carefully pinch the edges;
- Preheat the oven to 2000C;
