I’ll tell you how to cook scrambled eggs with shrimp and tomatoes, breakfast for real gourmets! I think that in order to surprise and delight your family with a delicious breakfast, you should try cooking!

With cornstarch and cream

This easy and quick to prepare dish will be a good option for a family breakfast. It turns out very tasty, healthy and quite nutritious. In addition, it has a dense structure and budget composition. To make a simple shrimp omelette, you will need:

  • 100 ml cream (10%).
  • 200 g peeled boiled shrimp.
  • 7 selected eggs.
  • 7 tsp. corn starch.
  • Salt, white pepper and oil.

The process must begin with processing the eggs. They are broken into a deep container, salted, supplemented with white pepper and shaken vigorously with a whisk, adding cream little by little. At the next stage, starch is introduced into the resulting liquid so that lumps do not form. Mix everything thoroughly and place it in a heat-resistant greased form, which already contains seafood. Bake an omelette with shrimp in an oven preheated to 190 °C for about twenty minutes. Before serving, cool it slightly and turn it over so that the seafood is at the top.

With tomatoes and cheese

This juicy and bright dish will not only help satisfy your hunger, but will also cheer you up for the whole next day. It successfully combines eggs, vegetables and seafood. And the cheese present in its composition gives it a special taste. To feed your family an omelet with shrimp and tomatoes, you will need:

  • 3 eggs.
  • 1 ripe tomato.
  • 100 g peeled shrimp.
  • 100 g cheese.
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice.
  • Salt, milk, water, herbs, oil and spices.

Boil shrimp in salted boiling water, drain in a colander and sprinkle with lemon juice. After this, they are laid out in a greased form, at the bottom of which there is already a layer of cheese shavings and tomato slices. All this is poured with eggs, beaten with milk and spices, and placed in the oven. Cook the omelet at standard temperature for about ten minutes. Before serving, it is decorated with fresh herbs.

Lovers of seafood and mushrooms can be advised to add another interesting shrimp omelet recipe to their culinary repertoire. A photo of a dish prepared using it can whet the appetite even of those who are used to doing without breakfast, so let’s quickly figure out what’s included in it. To feed it to your family in the morning, you will need:

  • 300 g boiled frozen shrimp.
  • 300 g champignons.
  • 100 g cheese.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • 5 eggs.
  • 1 onion.
  • Salt, herbs and oil.

The peeled onion is chopped into half rings and sautéed in a lightly oiled frying pan. When it changes color, mushrooms cut into slices are poured into it. After some time, all this is supplemented with peeled, boiled, frozen shrimp and crushed garlic. Just a couple of minutes later, pour the contents of the frying pan with salted beaten eggs and simmer for a short time over low heat. After the omelette mixture has thickened, sprinkle it with grated cheese and cover with a lid. As soon as the dish is completely prepared, it is removed from the stove and sprinkled with herbs.

Scrambled eggs with shrimp, cooked for breakfast, lunch or dinner, is an excellent option for a hearty and tasty meal. We choose larger shrimp for the recipe, be sure to add tomatoes, a little onion and garlic - everything together gives just the perfect result. You can use different spices and herbs for this recipe. You can serve scrambled eggs just like that, you can add avocado toast or just a couple of slices of bread spread with cream cheese.

Prepare all the necessary products in advance.

Peel the onion and garlic, rinse, chop finely.

Wash and dry the tomatoes, remove the stem where they grow, and cut the tomato into medium cubes.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, add onion and garlic, fry for a couple of minutes. Add tomatoes, cook for a few more minutes, stirring.

Crack a couple of chicken eggs into the pan.

Boil and peel the shrimp in advance, add them to the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook the scrambled eggs uncovered for two minutes, then cover and cook for a few more minutes. Serve the finished scrambled eggs with shrimp to the table.

This delicious omelette with shrimp will not go unnoticed by lovers of various exotic dishes. It turns out very bright, tasty and aromatic, which means it will be eaten by even the most demanding gourmets. To prepare it, you will need:

  • 90 g shrimp.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 1 onion.
  • 2 tsp. chopped cilantro.
  • ¼ avocado.
  • Salt, spices and ghee.

Shrimp are fried in a preheated and pre-oiled frying pan along with chopped onions. After two minutes, all this is transferred to a clean plate, and beaten salted eggs are poured into the vacated bowl. As soon as they set, pour onions, shrimp and avocado pieces onto one half. Sprinkle all this on top with cilantro and cover with the second part of the omelet.

Step-by-step recipe with photos

The first step in making a hot shrimp sandwich is to defrost, oddly enough, the shrimp if they were frozen to begin with. And prepare the remaining ingredients: wash the greens, peel the ginger.

Now we will chop almost everything finely. Therefore, I highly recommend taking a sharp knife. And sharpen it again) Let's start with green onions. Cut it super finely, then add the ginger and cut it the same way. These seafood sandwiches are perfectly complemented by the spiciness of these two ingredients.

The longest step is peeling the shrimp. But if they are large, it won't take much time. Remember to remove the intestine from each shrimp by making a longitudinal cut along the entire back. Otherwise, there is a risk of something crunching on your teeth. I was lucky - the manufacturer pulled out the guts in my shrimp, but this happens extremely rarely, so check.

It is important to take raw (gray) shrimp, not boiled in advance (pink), otherwise they will become tough during heat treatment - it will be a fried sandwich.

We also begin to chop the shrimp very finely. Leave only 4 pieces aside - we will need them whole. Cut as if you were making minced meat. This is a kind of shrimp steak - krevsteak. Pun from Vicky Leping) Don’t be lazy, chop it as finely as possible, then the hot shrimp sandwich will be tender and light.

Finely chop the cilantro. Mix the chopped ingredients during the chopping process, which will chop everything even more. Sprinkle with lime juice and stir again.

Take an egg, separate the white into a deep container, and place the yolk in the chopped mixture. Beat the whites thoroughly. I recommend using two proteins at once, because one may not be enough; we will dip the shrimp sandwich in it.

The yolk (one, not two) is already on top of the chopped ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly with a knife, continuing to chop as you go. It is added not only for taste, but also as a connecting link. We will have hot sandwiches without cheese, so we use the yolk to glue the ingredients together.

Add soy sauce, Sriracha or Tabasco - a little bit of everything. And mix everything well again.

It's time to assemble. By the way, in part this sandwich can be called a “club or club sandwich with an egg”: it will also be triangular and also intended as a snack. We cut the bread 1 cm thick or take already sliced ​​bread, for example, toast. The bread should be brick-shaped, square.

Spread the prepared filling onto a piece of bread in a fairly thick layer and cover with the second piece of bread on top. This shrimp sandwich already looks super delicious. But this is far from the end!

Pour sesame seeds into a deep container. But not all of it! Dip the sandwich first in beaten egg white on both sides, and then also in sesame seeds. You can also sprinkle sesame seeds where there are gaps. These egg sandwiches in a frying pan will become rosy and golden.

Set the frying pan to heat over medium heat. Meanwhile, cut the remaining shrimp in half lengthwise. We will decorate sandwiches with them.

Place two halves on top of each sandwich and press them very well into the bread. You need to try to squeeze them in as efficiently as possible, so that under the influence of heat the shrimp do not lag behind the bread and do not curl up. This happened to me with my first sandwich, don’t repeat my mistakes
