Step 1. As you already understood from the list of ingredients, you need to boil the potatoes, carrots, eggs and chicken fillet in advance.
To prevent the chicken meat from becoming dry, after it is boiled, leave it in the broth until it cools completely.
Step 2. Cut the mushrooms and onions into small cubes and then fry them in a heated frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil until tender. Don't forget to salt and pepper them to taste.
Step 3. Assemble the salad in layers. Place a springform baking dish on a flat plate. This way the finished dish will look like a cake.
1st layer – boiled potatoes grated on a coarse grater. Level the layer with a silicone spatula. Cover the top with a mesh of mayonnaise.

Do you want to surprise your guests or try an unusual salad yourself? Then this recipe is for you. Juicy fresh vegetables perfectly complement mushrooms fried with onions, which give a simply indescribable aroma. All this goes well with boiled pork - the salad turns out very satisfying.
But the most important thing here is refueling. This is not simple mayonnaise or the usual butter. It's not even sour cream or yogurt. A special sauce is made here, which is based on raw egg yolks and mustard. It is somewhat similar to Hollandaise sauce - the taste is just as subtle and delicate, and the aroma is simply amazing. If desired, you can add grainy mustard.
You will need:
- champignons – 400 gr.;
- boiled pork – 250 gr.;
- white cabbage – 200 gr.;
- hard cheese – 150 gr.;
- egg yolk – 2 pcs.;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- large cucumber – 1 pc.;
- sweet pepper – 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil – 4 tbsp. l.;
- sweet mustard – 1 tsp;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- dill – 1 bunch;
- salt to taste;
- pepper to taste.
Cooking stages.
Cut the peeled onion into small cubes.
Rinse and dry the champignons, cut into thin slices.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until half cooked, then add the mushrooms and fry until done. Cool.
Rinse the cucumber and pepper and wipe dry. Remove the seeds from the pepper. Cut the vegetables into strips.
Also cut the cheese and boiled pork into strips.
Chop the cabbage and chop the dill finely.
Combine all ingredients, including cooled mushrooms and onions, in a salad bowl.

- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Parsley, cilantro, salt, hops-suneli - to taste
- Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Preparation:
Drain the liquid from the beans. Grind the walnut kernels. Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into thin half rings. Separate the pomegranate seeds. Wash the greens, dry them and finely chop them. We peel the garlic, wash it, and put it through a garlic press. Combine beans, onions, pomegranate seeds, nuts, garlic and herbs in one container and mix.
In a small bowl, mix vinegar, olive oil, suneli hops and salt. The gas station is ready. Season the salad with the dressing, mix thoroughly and serve.

Boil the eggs, cool, peel and cut into large slices.

Korean carrots - in a jar
Conservation - what new can you come up with here? It turns out that there are unusual vegetable salads for the winter that you don’t have to bother with for long. One of them is vegetable, carrot and cucumber.
For one liter jar you need:
- fresh pickling cucumbers – 0.75 kg;
- fresh carrots – 0.2 kg;
- sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar - ¼ cup each;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- ground red peppercorns;
- dill with inflorescences;
- coriander, cloves, mustard seeds.
First, soak the cucumbers in cold water for 1.5-2 hours, and then cut them into rings 0.5 cm thick.

Cut the remaining tomato into 4 parts, remove the pulp from each slice, and cut the remaining fleshy part into small pieces.
For convenience, transfer the mayonnaise into a pastry bag. If you have store-bought mayonnaise in a bag, just cut off a small piece from the corner. This way, when you press, a thin stream of mayonnaise will flow out.
Step 5. Now let's start assembling the salad. We place a pastry ring or a springform baking dish on a flat plate; it is also well suited for this purpose. First, place thin strips of cucumber on a plate, overlapping each other clockwise.

- Red sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Mandarin – 1 pc.
- Bunch of dill
- Bread – 2 slices
- Provençal herbs – 1 tsp.
- Black sesame – 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
How to cook
Step 1. Trim the fillet from fat and uneven pieces. Carefully cut it into slices of equal thickness.
Place in a bowl and marinate by adding
- 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce,
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil,
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds,
- A pinch of ground black pepper.
Stir and leave aside for 5 minutes.
Step 2. Cut the bread into small cubes. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with herbs de Provence. Add garlic passed through a press and 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce. Stir and leave for 5 minutes so that the bread is saturated with the aroma of herbs.
Step 3. Finely chop the dill. Mix it in a separate bowl with half a pack of Feta cheese. Roll small balls from the resulting mass and place them on a cutting board.
Step 4. Fry the chicken fillet and croutons in separate pans. There is no need to add oil since it was already added during marinating.
step 5. Prepare the sauce. Add juice from half a tangerine and 1 tbsp to sour cream. l. soy sauce. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Step 6. Assembling the salad. Place iceberg lettuce leaves on the bottom of a flat plate, tearing them into small pieces with your hands. By the way, Iceberg leaves can be replaced with Chinese cabbage leaves, which also need to be torn by hand.
Place red bell pepper cut into thin strips on the salad. It is enough to cut half or 1/3 of the fruit. It would be enough. Add red onion cut into thin half rings. Pour them with the prepared sauce with tangerine juice.
