To prepare the dish you need:

  • two potatoes,
  • 2 medium beets,
  • herring fillet,
  • carrot,
  • mayonnaise,
  • dill,
  • green onions,
  • quail egg,
  • spices.

We prepare plastic cups, medium size 0.5 liters. At the bottom of the glass we put: grated, boiled potatoes, a layer of mayonnaise, diced herring, a layer of mayonnaise, chopped green onions, coat with a small amount of mayonnaise, then grated, boiled carrots, coat again, again a layer of herring, mayonnaise and cover with potatoes, coat with mayonnaise and Top with three beets and generously coat with mayonnaise. Hearty salad with vegetables and boiled pork

Ingredients:

  • Pork – 400 gr;
  • Tomatoes – 150 gr;
  • Cucumber – 1 piece;
  • Green salad – 1 bunch;
  • Parsley/dill - to taste;
  • Honey – 0.5 tsp.
  • Wine vinegar (apple) – 2 tbsp.
  • Salt/pepper/mustard - to taste.

Preparation:

Boil pork in well-salted water until soft. Cut the cooled meat into 1x1 cm cubes.

Dice the tomatoes, cucumber and chop the herbs.

Prepare the dressing: mix vinegar and honey, add salt, pepper, mustard and beat well with a blender until smooth.

Mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, and season with sauce.

Italian appetizer salad

Serve this salad with toasted baguette slices and a glass of cold white wine for a great afternoon meal.

Ingredients:

  • Dried red pepper – 1 jar
  • Cheese – 300 g
  • Cherry tomatoes -180 g
  • Marinated artichoke – 1 jar
  • Olives – 1 jar
  • Dried basil – 1 tsp.
  • Dried parsley – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

Chop cheese, tomatoes, artichokes and peppers.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Serve with baguette slices or romaine lettuce.

Choose an aged, tangy cheese for added sophistication.

Tender turkey salad with fruits

This hearty salad is truly unusual. The juiciness and sweetness of apples and oranges emphasize the dietary taste of turkey meat. At the same time, the composition will perfectly satiate, strengthen health and give strength.

Ingredients:

  • Turkey meat – 400 gr;
  • Orange – 1 piece;
  • Sweet apples – 2 pcs;
  • Parsley - to taste;
  • Canned corn – 1 can;
  • Mayonnaise – 100 gr.

Preparation:

Boil turkey meat in salted water and cut into cubes.

Also cut the orange and apples into cubes.

Finely chop the greens.

Mix corn (without liquid) and all other salad ingredients in a container and season with mayonnaise.

Mimosa salad with tuna, potatoes and rice

  1. Cook and cool rice, eggs and vegetables. Drain the liquid from the tuna jar (but not all of it, leave a little for juiciness) and mash with a fork. Separate the whites and yolks from the boiled eggs. Finely chop the red onion. Use a fine grater to grind the whites, yolks and vegetables.
  2. Place the layers of Mimosa on the prepared plate in this order: Fig.
  3. Tuna with mayonnaise.
  4. Egg white with mayonnaise.
  5. Carrots with mayonnaise.
  6. Red onion.
  7. Potatoes with mayonnaise.
  8. Egg yolks.
  • Leave the salad in the refrigerator to soak for several hours.
  • How much mayonnaise to use is a matter of taste. If you are watching your figure, or prefer Russian traditional New Year's salads without a lot of mayonnaise, then proceed as follows. Apply a few drops to the salad layer and gently mash with a fork. Usually "Classic Provencal" is used. Make sure the carrots are sweet and juicy, and the eggs have rich yolks.     Vegetable salad with smoked meat

    Smoked meats have always perfectly satisfied hunger and filled us with energy. If you combine smoked meat with vegetables, you get a nutritious salad without burdening the gastrointestinal tract.

    Ingredients:

    • Smoked pork meat (you can use loin) – 300 g;
    • Cabbage – 100 gr;
    • Tomatoes – 100 gr;
    • Cucumber – 100 gr;
    • Onion – 1 piece;

    Preparation:

    Cut the smoked meat into thin slices.

    Chop the cabbage finely, add salt and mash with your hands.

    Cut the cucumber and tomato into half rings.

    Chop the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until soft.

    Finely chop the greens.

    Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and add salt to taste. Leave for 30 minutes to allow the vegetables to release their juice.
