Preparation:

1. Peel the skin from the chicken and then cut it into portions. Rub the chicken meat with salt and place in a bowl. Leave so that they absorb the salt.

2. Wash the zucchini, peel and mince.

3. Place tomato paste, salt, hot ground pepper and sunflower oil in the pan with the missing zucchini. Stir.

4. Place the pan with the zucchini mixture over high heat. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring, and reduce the heat to low. Close the pan with a lid, as splashes of hot mixture may occur.

5. After 15-20 minutes of slow cooking, add peeled and chopped garlic cloves to the mixture.

6. Then place the chicken pieces on top, drowning them slightly. Continue cooking over low heat for 40-45 minutes. It will be thick, pour a little water.

Compound:

  • chicken drumsticks – 0.7 kg;
  • potatoes – 0.4 kg;
  • zucchini – 0.4 kg;
