  • one cucumber;
  • lettuce leaves;
  • cheese mass (salted);
  • a little hard cheese;
  • ketchup (spiciness of the ingredient is chosen at your own discretion);
  • boiled and skinned chicken meat;
  • loaf or bread.

For cooking, you can use any bread: black, white, loaf or baguette, the main thing is to cut it not thickly and evenly. You need to do the same with boiled fillet. The bread is spread with a generous layer of cheese mixture, a lettuce leaf is placed on top, then a strip of meat, which is smeared with ketchup on both sides, chopped cucumber, sliced ​​cheese, again greens and bread. Chicken fillet sandwiches are a simple and tasty lunch option for all occasions, so that they are better preserved, they are placed in specially sized plastic bags.

Components:

  • bread for making toast – 4 pcs.;
  • chicken fillet – 2 halves;
  • small tomatoes – 2-3 pcs.;
  • fresh cucumbers – 2 pcs.;
  • red Crimean onion – 1 pc.;
  • mild spicy adjika – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • creamy thin cheese slices – 4 pcs.;
  • chopped parsley and dill - to taste;
  • clarified butter – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • rosemary – 1 branch;
  • coarse sea salt and freshly ground pepper - to taste.

Cooking method in stages:

  1. Sprinkle the fillet, cleared of films and skin, with coarse salt and pepper, then fry the meat in hot oil with a branch of fragrant rosemary. It is important not to overdo it with rosemary, otherwise the spruce smell will overwhelm the other aromas. After the crust has formed, close the pan with a lid and cook the meat until soft. Cool and cut into slices diagonally across the grain.
  2. We cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into slices, and chop the onion into half rings.
  3. Coat the bread with spicy adjika, sprinkle with chopped herbs and lay out the plates of chicken meat.
  4. We place mugs of tomatoes on top of the chicken, and on them a crispy cucumber and onion assortment.
  5. Next, lay out the cheese slices.
  6. We close the sandwich with a second slice of bread, which we also spread on the inside with adjika before use.
  7. If desired, warm up the sandwiches so that the high layers are slightly compacted and the cheese turns into a fragrant, stretchy mass.
