Ingredients:
- chicken fillet – 700 g;
- tomatoes – 6 pcs.;
- bulb;
- mayonnaise – 5 tbsp. spoon;
- cheese – 270 g;
- black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon;
- salt.
Preparation:
- Cut the meat crosswise into two parts.
- Place on a kitchen board, first wrapping it in cling film. Using a mallet, beat on one side, then on the other.
- Grease a baking sheet with oil. Place the meat in one layer.
- Add some salt. Sprinkle with pepper.
- Coat each piece with mayonnaise, leveling it over the surface with a spoon.
- Chop the onion and sprinkle over the meat.
- Cut the tomatoes into rings and place on the onion.
- Grind the cheese using a coarse grater. Sprinkle tomatoes.
- Place in the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
- Remove after 20 minutes.
- Serve on portioned plates, garnished with herbs.

Preparation:
- Cut the meat component into two parts along the fillet.
- Cover with cling film.
- Beat with a mallet.
- Remove the film.
- Place in a container, pour mayonnaise. Sprinkle with salt and spices. Mix. Set aside for half an hour.
- Cover a baking sheet with foil.
- Place meat.
- Peel the onion and cut into rings. Place on fillet.
- Cut the tomatoes into rings. Place on meat.

The combination of chicken and pineapples is already becoming a classic, as is the combination with mushrooms. In this version, we will combine both of these ingredients, add cheese and bake it all in the oven.
What we need:
- chicken breast fillet – 2 pieces;
- fresh champignons – 4-5 pcs;
- onion – 1 head;
- sunflower oil;
- canned pineapple – 6-8 rings;
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- cheese – 100g;
- salt.
How to bake chops in the oven
- We still need to fry the mushrooms first. To do this, cut them into thin slices.
- Cut the onion into cubes.
- Add oil to the pan, heat it up and add the mushrooms.
- They will first release a little liquid, which will soon evaporate. When this happens, add the onion, add a little salt and fry over moderate heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until light golden brown.
- Meanwhile, cut the meat into slices. Rub them with salt. In this case, I did not use spices so as not to interrupt the taste of mushrooms and pineapple.
- Cover the chicken with film and go over it a little with a hammer.

- Pineapple rings can be cut into 4 parts. Lay them out in the next layer.

Step-by-step preparation:
- Rinse and dry the fillets with paper towels. Cut into medium-sized oblong pieces.
