3. Now you need to gently tap the entire surface of the coconut with a hammer (to make the pulp separate more easily). After tapping, we begin to beat harder in the upper third of the coconut (closer to the holes) in a circle. Eventually the coconut splits open.
And the best thing is to take a coconut in your hand and beat it in the middle in a circle. It may take 2-3 minutes when you feel and see that the peel is cracked and can be torn off with your hands. So even the coconut grain can remain intact.
4. After the nut has cracked, we peel it from the hard shell. You can just do it with your hands.
