1. Break the egg into a deep cup (don’t forget to wash the shell first). Add sugar. 2. Stir until smooth.

3. Add cottage cheese. 4. Stir, trying to knead the curd lumps as small as possible. 5. Then add flour, vanilla sugar and soda. 6. Knead the dough, it should turn out soft and not stick to your hands. You can add a little flour; it is difficult to indicate the exact amount in the recipe, since it all depends on the fat content of the cottage cheese. As soon as it stops sticking, stop adding flour. The softer the dough, the softer the balls will be. 7. Roll out the sausage to about 2 cm in diameter and cut into equal bars. Pour vegetable oil into a small saucepan or duck pot, as in our case, fill it to about 5-7 cm from the bottom. Separately, break the chicken egg into a small bowl and add salt, granulated sugar and flavoring (vanillin, zest or coffee extract). Mix the mixture thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.

  • cottage cheese – 350-400 g;
  • semolina – 100 g;
  • chicken eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • sugar and salt - to taste;

The action begins by beating the cottage cheese with a mixer/blender until smooth and creamy. After this, egg yolks, semolina, salt, sugar are added to it and everything is thoroughly mixed into a kind of dough. The prepared mass should be left alone for 15-20 minutes so that the semolina swells a little. During this time, you need to beat the egg whites waiting in the wings until you get stable white peaks.   • Cottage cheese - 250 gr.
  • Quail egg - 4 pcs.

Preparation:

1. Prepare the cottage cheese. First of all, rub it through a metal sieve with a fine hole. Grind the dairy product using a spoon or spatula.

During this time, beat the cottage cheese with a mixer and add the mixture from the ladle. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Using a spoon dipped in cold water, form curd balls. If desired, they can be rolled in powdered sugar or coconut flakes. In the same bowl where the cocoa was cooked, break the chocolate, add 2 tablespoons of milk and put the bowl on the fire, stirring the mixture constantly.
