Place over low heat and stir until dissolved. Then slowly pour half a glass of wheat flour into the almost hot mass and mix. The finished brew is similar in thickness to sour cream. When it becomes warm, add all the remaining flour and mix the mixture a little. Next, pour in the bloomed yeast and dissolved salt from two cups. First, heat the water to 30-35 degrees and pour it into a large bowl, in which we will later knead the dough, pour dry yeast into the water.
Pour in vegetable oil, add salt and sugar.
Now add 2-3 cups of sifted flour and mix everything thoroughly.
Next, we begin to gradually add the remaining flour into the resulting sticky dough and knead (with crayfish) a thick and elastic dough. Cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place for a while.
While the dough is rising, we will prepare the filling. First, boil the rice until completely cooked.
Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the onion until transparent.
Open the canned fish, drain the liquid and place it along with the onions in a bowl with the rice.
Mix all ingredients, add salt and pepper if necessary.
When the dough has approximately doubled in volume (this usually takes 30-40 minutes), we knead it and put it in a warm place again.
Now it should double again.

Pour quite a lot of vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it thoroughly, place the pies in the frying pan, seam side down.
