Stuffed champignons
This very appetizing dish can be served as an appetizer, as well as an elegant side dish for fried meat.
Ingredients:
- Champignons - 30 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 200 gr.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic 2-3 heads
- Dill - several sprigs
- Salt and spices by eye
Preparation:
Cut off the stem of the mushrooms and remove the core.
The result is mushroom baskets.
