Recipe step by step:

  • seafood - 1 package;
  • vegetable oil - 1.5 cups;
  • milk - 50 ml;

  6. Dip each shrimp in batter and then in breadcrumbs.
  7. Turn on the deep fryer or heat a thick frying pan.
  8. Dip the shrimp into the boiling oil until golden brown, usually up to five minutes.
  9. Remove with a slotted spoon and blot off excess fat.

Please note: the crust will be crispy when served hot; if the dish cools down, it will lose this property.

Seafood cooked in a creamy sauce with a subtle hint of garlic serves as a main dish, as a separate appetizer, or as a side dish of rice.

  • 5 cloves of garlic;
  • 1.5 cups medium fat cream;
  • 800 g frozen shellfish;
  • Salt, pepper, favorite spices.

Cooking method:

Recipe:

Lush shrimps in batter with breadcrumbs

A delicious snack for guests and friends. Shrimp in batter can be varied. If you serve them with various sauces, of which there are a huge number. You can fry it in a deep fryer, or you can just fry it in a large amount of oil.

Ingredients:

  • Shrimp – 0.5 kg;
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • Bread flakes – 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • Flour – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Salt - a pinch;
  • Ground black pepper - to taste;
  • Paprika – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Butter – 20 g;
  • Vegetable oil – about 1 liter.

Preparation:

1. Mix flour with salt, pepper and paprika.

2. Beat the eggs until smooth in a separate container;

3. Pour breadcrumbs into a third bowl.

4. Clean the shrimp from the shell, head and esophagus. Leave the tail.

5. Dip shrimp in flour. Dip them in egg. Roll in breadcrumbs.

7. When the oil is hot enough, put the shrimp in it and fry them on both sides for 2-3 minutes.

  • oil for deep frying - 200 grams.

  3. Prepare a whipped mixture of flour and egg whites, add salt to taste.

  • tiger shrimps - 10 pieces;
  • sifted flour - 1 cup;

  • cream 20% - 100 ml.

Recipe:
