  • salt – 1 teaspoon;
  • flour – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • a piece of butter up to 100 g;
  • black pepper – 1 teaspoon;
  • red pepper – ½ teaspoon;
  • various spices - a pinch.

Mix a mixture of your favorite spices or any that are suitable for fish and seafood in a small bowl.

Typically, these are paprika, dried onions and garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary and cumin.

Don't forget to put salt and any pepper and flour there too.

  1. Fresh frozen shrimp (whether or not they have shell) are cooked according to size. Large specimens are fried in 10 minutes . It is recommended to fry smaller crustaceans faster - approximately 8 minutes .
  2. Boiled shrimp, which are sold frozen, become ready within 6 to 8 minutes after being placed in a hot pan. Small shrimp cook a little faster - 5 or 6 minutes . Please note that seafood should be thawed before cooking.
  3. Fry the king prawns for about 10 minutes (without removing the shell).
