And at the beginning of the meal, she placed a huge bowl of food in the center of the table, beautifully decorated and smelling delicious.   • fresh chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • chicken fillet – 200 gr.
  • young cucumbers – 2 pcs.

Preparation:

1. Place the washed chicken fillet in a pan with water. Cook the bird over high heat until it boils. Reduce the burner to moderate heat, skim off the foam from the broth and add salt. Continue cooking the meat until done, covered. Then transfer the fillets to a bowl until cool completely.

If you wish, you can bake the chicken in the oven.

2. Break the eggs into a bowl and mix them. You can shake them with a whisk, or even a regular fork. Then add starch, flour, salt and black pepper to the bowl. Mix everything again. Here it is better to have a whisk as an assistant.

3. Grease a heated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry egg products on both sides, similar to an omelette. Stack them on top of each other, cut the rounds into strips, and them, in turn, into thin noodles. Transfer it to a bowl.

4. Divide the peeled onion in half. Grind it into half rings and fry in the same frying pan with a little oil. Transfer the mixture to a separate bowl and let it cool.

5. Divide the chicken into fibers and transfer them to the egg strips. Some people cut the meat into cubes, but I think that it is better to bring the products in size in line with others that have already been prepared. Chop the washed cucumbers into thin strips on the board and send them after the bird. Transfer the fried onions here.

Instead of fresh cucumbers, you can use salted or pickled ones.

6. Add mayonnaise to the appetizer and mix everything thoroughly. You can add salt to it if you wish. Place the treat in a serving bowl and serve immediately.

It can be prepared and served in the same way as the previous option. Just cut everything, season with mayonnaise and put in a deep bowl. But I made it for the arrival of guests and therefore I didn’t really want to serve it as an everyday serving. Then I came up with this one.

Of course, the advantage of such a serve looks much more advantageous. On the table the dish looked like a real cake. In the description of the components, their quantity is indicated for approximately 10 people. This is exactly how many guests were expected for the holiday.

Therefore, if this is a lot for you, then you can proportionally reduce their content.
