  • 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • vegetable oil;
  • sesame seed;
  • 1 tbsp. l. liquid honey.

First, beat the fillet a little with a kitchen hammer, sprinkle with seasoning and fry in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. When the fillet is cooked, remove it from the pan, cool and cut into small pieces. While the chicken is cooling, you can do the vegetables.

  1. Cut the tomatoes into strips or cubes, remove the seeds from the inside of the pepper and cut into strips, tear the lettuce leaves with your hands.
  2. Place all the vegetables in a salad bowl, add ginger.
  3. Place pieces of fried breast on top.

Chicken legs

Poultry is the most affordable product; the fastest and simplest recipes are prepared from it. The meat with ginger will be very tender, since there is sour cream. You can take any spice raw material - fresh, frozen, dried or pickled. In our case, this is chopped fresh ginger in the amount of one teaspoon + other ingredients:

  • chicken legs – 0.5 kg;
  • soy sauce – 30 g;
  • low-fat sour cream – 40-50 g;
  • mustard – 1 tsp;
  • salt and other spices according to preference (Provencal herbs go well with this dish).

Cooking process:

  1. All ingredients except chicken must be thoroughly mixed.
  2. The bird's legs should be washed and dried.
  3. Combine the meat with the dressing, mix and refrigerate for three hours.
  4. After the allotted time has passed, bake the bird in the oven.

With pickled ginger and crab sticks

To dress the salad you need to prepare a sauce. To do this, mix soy sauce, honey and vegetable oil (2-3 tablespoons). Pour it over the salad and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. To prepare you will need:

  • 3 medium sized cucumbers;
  • fresh apple;
  • 1 package of crab sticks (200 grams);
  • a small forkful of Chinese cabbage;
  • 100–150 g pickled ginger (to taste);
  • vegetable oil;
  • ground black pepper, salt (to taste).
  1. Cut the cucumbers and crab sticks into small pieces or half rings slightly diagonally; it is better to cut the apple and Chinese cabbage leaves into strips.
  2. Drain the marinade from the package with ginger into a separate container. If you come across coarsely chopped ginger, it is better to cut it again into smaller pieces yourself.
  3. Place all ingredients in a salad bowl.
  4. Prepare a sauce for salad dressing - mix vegetable oil, ginger marinade, ground pepper and a little salt. Mix the sauce well and pour it over the prepared salad.

Cooking steps

The future dish will have a bright aroma and an original combination of flavors. The first step is to prepare the marinade. It will consist of grated root vegetables and ready-made soy sauce. You just need to mix these ingredients thoroughly. Then we start cooking:

  1. The beef needs to be processed and cut into cubes.
  2. Next, the meat is combined with the marinade, wrapped in film and left in a cold place for half an hour.
  3. During this time, you need to chop the onion (the shape is at your discretion).
  4. When the meat is infused, it is fried in a fairly hot frying pan, preferably so that it is browned on all sides.
  5. Next, add some of the onion and add a small piece of butter to add flavor. You need to simmer the dish a little under the lid closed (10 minutes).
  6. Pour the remaining onion into the stewing container, lay out the beef along with the juice released from it. Continue cooking the dish over low heat for 1.5 hours.
  7. Add the marinade and finely chopped apples and simmer for another 10 minutes.

When the dish is well infused and saturated with spicy aromas, it can be served.

From fresh cabbage

To prepare you will need:

  • a small head of cabbage (regular or Chinese);
  • one large sweet and sour green apple;
  • 100 g pickled ginger;
  • a bunch of herbs (dill, parsley) to taste;
  • 1 tbsp. l. honey (liquid) and vegetable oil;
  • salt.

  1. Cut the cabbage into thin strips and squeeze it lightly.
  2. Chop the greens and pickled ginger if there are large pieces in the package of ready-made ginger.
  3. Cut the apple into thin cubes. It is better to do this last so that the apple does not darken. You can drop two or three drops of lemon juice on a sliced ​​apple, then the apple will not lose its color.
  4. Prepare salad dressing - mix honey, vegetable oil and salt well and season the finished salad.

Vegetable salad for weight loss

To prepare you will need:

  • 200 g beets, baked in the oven;
  • fresh carrots 300 g;
  • half a lemon;
  • 100 g stalked celery;
  • 4–5 tablespoons pickled ginger;
  • vegetable oil.
  1. Grate the beets and carrots, cut the celery and lemon into small pieces.
  2. Add pickled ginger and orange zest.
  3. Mix all ingredients and season with vegetable oil.

Below we will consider a similar recipe for meat with ginger and soy dressing. An interesting combination is obtained by combining fresh orange or lemon juice with any spice. In this case, potatoes, rice and various vegetables are more suitable as side dishes. You can also pickle the chopped root and then use it not only as a supplement, but also as a separate dish.

With crackers

To prepare you will need:

  • 1 chicken fillet;
  • White bread;
  • pickled ginger 100 g;
  • 100 g hard cheese;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • mayonnaise.
  1. Beat the chicken fillet a little with a kitchen hammer or cut into plates and fry in a frying pan.
  2. While the chicken is frying, you can start preparing croutons for the salad.
  3. Cut the bread (it’s better to take yesterday’s bread, as it will hold its shape well) into small cubes and fry it too.
  4. Cool everything, cut the finished chicken into small cubes, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Add pickled ginger, after draining excess liquid.
  6. Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with any sauce you like.

You can use mayonnaise or just vegetable oil. Greenery lovers can add lettuce or some Chinese cabbage to the salad. The salad turns out to be very nutritious and can easily replace the main dish.

Spicy carrots (beets) for the winter

To prepare you will need:

  • 1 kg of peeled carrots;
  • ginger root 3–4 cm long;
  • glass of water (200 ml);
  • granulated sugar 200 g;
  • 2 tbsp. l. salt without a slide;
  • 200 ml white wine vinegar 6 percent;
  • ground black, red, white pepper.
  1. Cut the carrots into narrow circles.
  2. Peel the ginger root and cut into strips.
  3. Mix the chopped vegetables in a separate bowl and set aside for now.
  4. Now you need to prepare the marinade. To do this, bring water, granulated sugar, salt and pepper to a boil in a separate pan until the salt and sugar are completely dissolved. After this, pour vinegar into the marinade. This is done as a last resort so that the vinegar does not lose its pungency and strength during the process of boiling the marinade.
  5. Prepare two 0.5 liter glass jars. Wash them thoroughly and sterilize them.
  6. Arrange the prepared vegetables evenly among the jars and marinate in the marinade, pouring the marinade into the jars with vegetables.
  7. Cover the jars with gauze or cloth and leave to cool on the counter for several hours.
  8. After cooling, close the prepared salad tightly with lids and store in a cool place.

You can taste the spicy carrots immediately after cooling, and they can be stored in the refrigerator or cellar for several months. For complete readiness, it is better to keep the jars in a cool place for two weeks and only then eat them.

If you happen to have beets at home instead of carrots, you can prepare spicy beets using the same recipe. You just need to boil it a little first so that the beets retain their slightly firm structure and do not turn into “beet porridge”.
