It turned out surprisingly tender and tasty meat, in a very appetizing cheese crust, in general I advise you to cook it. The dish is not quite simple, as it might seem at first glance, since it has its own subtleties in preparation, which I will try to describe in detail in this recipe.

  • Meat - 500 g
  • Egg - 4 pcs
  • Cheese - 200 g
  • Mayonnaise - 100 g
  • Flour
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt

Wash the meat and cut it across the grain into pieces about 1 cm thick.

Cover the piece with cling film.

And we beat off from both sides. If you beat the pieces of meat well, the crust will stick to them better. The pieces need to be salted a little.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Beat eggs and add to cheese.

Then add mayonnaise.

Mix everything thoroughly with a mixer and add salt to taste.

Next, stirring continuously, gradually add flour. You need as much flour as the dough takes, but the batter should be quite thick.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. I tried it on large, but the crust burned quickly, but on medium it was just right. We hook a piece of meat with a fork and dip it into the batter and hold it suspended a little, letting the excess drip off.

  • 0.4 kg chicken fillet;
  • 1 tablespoon egg;
  • 0.15 kg flour;

Step by step steps:

  1. Rinse the fillet and blot excess moisture with paper napkins. Cut the chicken into slices and beat with a special hammer. Sprinkle the meat with selected seasonings and salt.
  2. For the batter, beat the egg, add mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, and mix the mixture.
  3. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, place pieces of meat on it, which we first dip in batter and then in flour.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 185 degrees.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet or breast – 1-2 pcs.

Ingredients:

  • 60-70 g wheat flour;
  • two tomatoes;
  • 250-300 g chicken fillet;

  1. Remove the skin from the breast. Then we feel the breast bone and make a neat cut along it. We insert the knife into the cut so that it ends up between the fillet and the breast bone.
