Let's prepare breaded chicken fillet in a frying pan according to a simple recipe using breadcrumbs.
- 300 gr. chicken fillet;
- 1 egg;
- 100 gr. breadcrumbs;
- 100 gr. flour;
- salt, chicken seasonings - to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying
Wash the chicken fillet, cut crosswise into medallions 1.5 cm thick. Place the medallions on a board, cover with cling film and beat. The pieces should become twice as thin.
Salt the fillet and season with a mixture of chicken spices, trying to rub the spices into the meat a little. Leave the fillet for 15 minutes to marinate. But if you don’t have time, you can start frying right away.
We take three plates. In one of them, beat an egg with a spoonful of water and salt. Pour flour into another, and breadcrumbs into a third. Dredge the fillet pieces first in flour, then in the egg, and then in breadcrumbs. The breading should completely cover the fillet pieces.
Place the breaded fillet in a frying pan with heated oil and fry for three minutes on each side over medium heat.

- 2 chicken breast fillets;
- 1 egg;
- 30 gr. cheese;
- 2 thin slices of ham;

Wash the chicken breast fillet and dry it well. Then cut each piece in half lengthwise, but not all the way. Our fillet can now be opened like a book. Unfold the cut fillet and beat it a little on all sides. There is no need to be very zealous; it is important that the fillet is not damaged. Salt the fillet and sprinkle with pepper.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on half of the unfolded fillet, cover the filling on top with the other half of the fillet and secure the fillet with toothpicks. It turns out to be a “pocket” with filling inside.
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt. Take two plates, pour breadcrumbs into one and flour into the other. Roll the prepared stuffed fillets successively in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry the prepared semi-finished products in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. You need to fry over heat, slightly below average, for about 7-8 minutes on one side. Before serving, do not forget to remove toothpicks from the fried breaded fillet.
Fried chicken breast with vegetables
The taste and benefits of vegetables combined with tender and satisfying poultry are expressed in this aromatic and delicious dish.
- chicken fillet – 300 g;
- cabbage – 400 g;
- bell pepper – 1 pc.;
- tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
- zucchini – 1 pc.;
- carrots – 1 pc.;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- sunflower oil – 50 ml;
- parsley, seasonings - according to preference.
- Rub the chicken breasts cut into pieces with seasonings, add salt, place in hot oil and fry evenly.
- Preparing chopped vegetables. Shred cabbage and onion. Coarsely grate the carrots. Peel the peppers and cut them into bars, tomatoes into slices, zucchini into cubes. Combine everything, add salt and add to the fillet.
- Simmer the chicken-vegetable mixture until tender for no more than 15-20 minutes, stirring evenly.
Garnish the hot dish with fresh parsley. Serve with a side dish of potatoes.
Fillet in batter and breading
Chicken fillet cooked in batter and breading turns out to be very juicy.
- 500 gr. chicken fillet;
- 3 eggs;
- 1 tablespoon mustard;
- 2 tablespoons starch;
- salt, black pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying;
- 0.5 cups breadcrumbs;
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
Beat the eggs until fluffy using a mixer, add salt and pepper, add mustard and gradually add starch, actively stirring the mass. The batter is not too thick.
In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with sesame seeds.
Cut the chicken fillet into layers and lightly beat. Salt and sprinkle with black pepper. If desired, you can add chicken seasoning or dry ground garlic.

- 100 ml kefir;
- 1 tablespoon Italian herbs seasoning;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 100 gr. oatmeal;
- salt, ground allspice;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Wash the chicken fillet and dry it. Cut lengthwise into narrow pieces. Place in a bowl, add salt and pepper, mix well. Then pour in kefir. The liquid should completely cover the fillet pieces. Cover the bowl with the marinated fillet and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. You can marinate the fillet in the evening and fry it in the morning.
Advice! If you are a follower of a healthy diet, then you can not fry the fillets in a frying pan, but bake them in the oven.
Grind oatmeal in a blender or coffee grinder. It is not necessary to grind them into flour; it is better if tangible grains remain. Mix the ground flakes with dry aromatic herbs and ground paprika.

2. Separately, beat the egg in a container, and prepare flour and breadcrumbs (for breading) on plates.
3. Now we do this: roll the meat in flour on both sides.
4. Then lower the meat into the egg (also on both sides).
5. After this, again in breadcrumbs and also on both sides.
6. And only after that we send the chops to a well-heated frying pan. Fry until done over medium heat.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into strips lengthwise. Sprinkle the fillet strips with salt and chicken seasoning and mix. Chop the garlic, pass it through a press and mix it with kefir.

If you decide to cook delicious chicken fillet in breadcrumbs in a frying pan, then you should carefully consider the ingredients you plan to use. First of all, you should only take fresh meat that has not been frozen. If you don’t do this, the end result will be quite tough and tasteless. It is also worth carefully preparing the fillet itself: it must first be washed and dried, and then cut into plates or medallions, depending on your own preferences. The size should be based on standard nuggets.

You can prepare semolina breading for chicken fillet.
- 500 gr. fillet;
- 2 eggs;
- 150 gr. semolina;
- 1 teaspoon sweet ground paprika;
- 1 pinch of turmeric;
- 1 pinch of pepper mixture (ground);
- salt to taste;
- flour for breading;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Cut the fillet into layers and beat. The thickness of the chops should not be more than 0.5 cm, otherwise they will not have time to fry. Sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper mixture.
Beat the eggs. Pour semolina into a bowl, add paprika and turmeric to it, mix. Pour some flour into another bowl.
Roll the upholstered fillet pieces in flour, then in the egg mixture, then in a breading of semolina and spices. Fry the breaded fillet pieces in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Cooking process:
- Cut the meat into small pieces, beat them with a hammer, it is better to do this through a plastic bag, then there will be no “splashes”;
- Crush the garlic and mix it with sour cream.
- Beat the egg, add salt and seasonings, mix the resulting mass.
- Dip each meat slice first in the egg mixture and then in the cereal.
- Fry the chicken pieces in a frying pan or in the oven.
The dish can be made much tastier if you add additional grated hard cheese to the breading.
Nut breading
The combination of chicken and nuts is quite harmonious; it is often used in salads, as well as for preparing hot dishes. You can use any nuts for making breading; you can also use a mixture of different types.
- 400 gr. chicken fillet;
- 0.5 cups peeled walnuts;
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds;
- 1 egg;
- salt, black pepper to taste;
- chicken seasoning to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Cut into strips to length. The approximate width of the strip is 2 cm. We beat each strip, salt, pepper and sprinkle with chicken spices. Mix very well, trying to rub the spices into the meat with your hands.
Leave the fillet to marinate for 1-2 hours, as needed. If you don’t have time, you can immediately start frying.
Grind the peeled nuts in a blender until they form fine grains. Mix chopped nuts with flour. Beat the egg, adding a little chicken seasoning. Dip fillet pieces in egg and roll in nut breading.
We repeat the operation, again dipping the workpiece into the egg and rolling it in nut breading. This double breading will preserve the juiciness of the meat, and the fillet will not turn out dry. Fry the pieces in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.

To make chicken, you need to take:
- chicken wings – 6 pcs.;
- kefir – 1/2 cup;
- corn flakes – 5-6 tbsp. l.;
- table salt and sugar - 1 tsp each;
- garlic – 4 cloves;
- ground coriander – 1/2 tsp;
- paprika – 1 tsp;
- black pepper – 1/3 tsp;
- nutmeg – 1/2 tsp;
- oil for frying.
Recipe step by step:
- Wipe a small bowl dry. Mix salt, pepper, paprika, coriander, sugar and nutmeg inside.
- Now pour kefir into a large container, into which add a mixture of spices, crushed corn flakes and crushed garlic. Mix everything well until all the listed ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Place washed and processed skinned wings into the breading. Mix thoroughly with your hand until the mixture completely covers the bird.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day, pour quite a lot of oil into a saucepan or deep frying pan. Heat as much as possible.
- Carefully lower the chicken wings into the boiling oil, additionally dipping them in the fragrant thick batter.
- Cook the KFC-breaded chicken appetizer until it's deep golden brown. Place on plenty of paper towels to remove excess grease. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
Depending on the fat content of kefir and the quality of the flakes, their quantity may need to be adjusted. Ideally, the batter should be viscous, but not dry, so that it can evenly coat the wings. This is the recipe, just like at KFC!

This dish, although not as bright as the previous ones, is also incredibly tasty and appetizing. To prepare it, you should stock up on the following set of simple ingredients in advance:
- chicken fillet - half a kilogram;
- low fat sour cream - 100 grams;
- bread crumbs - 50 grams;
- chicken egg - 2 pieces;
- spices, salt and refined oil for frying.
Cooking nuggets
To prepare such a tasty and tender dish, you must proceed as follows:
- Pre-prepare chicken fillet. It should be washed well and dried, then cut into thin and not too long strips.
- The prepared meat is placed in a deep bowl, and then marinade ingredients are added to it, including sour cream, spices and salt. Everything is mixed well.
- The meat is left to marinate for half an hour in a cold place (preferably in a bowl covered with cling film).
