  • 2 skinless chicken breasts, trimmed 200 g each
  • ½ finely chopped onion
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 100g mixed or chestnut mushrooms, sliced

  • 100 ml semi-fat sour cream

The presented version of the dish is no different from the classic recipe. That is, we also take chicken thighs, mushrooms, sour cream, onions and spices. We chop everything, marinate in sour cream and seasonings, and then put it in the oven for an hour at 190 degrees.

    1. Fry finely chopped carrots and onions over low heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.

    2. Separately, fry the mushrooms and chopped fillet until the liquid evaporates, then continue to simmer for at least three minutes.

    3. Add a couple of tablespoons of flour.

    4. Then we transfer the fried carrots and onions to the fillet, and on top add a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste and a little water (about 200 ml).
