Next, I chop the vegetables. Wash and cut the potatoes into thin slices. I shred the cabbage, cut the carrots into thin strips, and cut the bell pepper into longitudinal strips. I cut the onion into rings and chop the garlic. I transfer it to a separate plate, add some spices, salt and 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil and mix.

I take the sleeve and lay out the chicken thighs and legs along with the marinade. This way the chicken will only benefit and will be even juicier.
