Based on the size of the baking sheet or frying pan, or cake pan, divide the dough into N parts. That is, how many cakes will you make? Roll out the dough thinner (like Napoleon). I get 14-15 cakes. Place the cakes on a greased pan, pierce them in several places with a fork and bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes for each cake.

Alyonushka cake recipe:

- sour cream - 1 glass;
- condensed milk - half a jar;
