Apples are one of the oldest and healthiest fruits. Their daily consumption helps to replenish the deficiency of vitamin and mineral composition (as a result, the immune system is strengthened), restores the activity of the cardiovascular system and digestive tract organs, the apple also has a tonic effect, helps to get rid of nicotine addiction and extra pounds. These properties are observed not only in fresh apples, but also in soaked or fried ones.
A simple recipe for fried apples
Apples fried in a frying pan with sugar and cinnamon are considered a classic and simple recipe, since the dish includes a minimal list of ingredients.

To decorate classic fried apples you will need:

Step-by-step cooking process
The process of decorating fried apples consists of the following steps:
- Mix granulated sugar/powdered sugar with cinnamon.
- It is necessary to cut the peel thinly from apples, since most of the beneficial substances are contained near the skin.
- After this, the fruits need to be cut into slices about 2 cm in size. Cut out the core of each slice.
- Place butter in a frying pan and melt it.
- Then you need to put the apples in the frying pan; there should be a small distance between the slices. The fire must be reduced to minimum values.
- Fry the slices on both sides until golden brown.
- Place the prepared apples in a dish covered with a paper towel and immediately sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
It is recommended to serve warm with cottage cheese, ice cream or as a separate dish. For decoration, you can use fresh mint leaves or pour melted chocolate over the dish.

The apple sea turned out to be an absolutely amazing recipe for me this summer. Somehow it all happened spontaneously, but I’ve already eaten so many of these apples that I’m a little ashamed
