- 800 grams of cottage cheese;
- a couple of tablespoons of sugar;
- one hundred grams of sour cream;
- 250 grams of flour;
- one hundred grams of flour for sprinkling;
- half a teaspoon of salt;
- 50 grams of butter;
- vegetable oil for frying.
