Beat the chicken fillet a little and then finely chop it with a knife. Place the fillet in a deep bowl, add the yolk, salt, black pepper and finely chopped onion.
Advice! If desired, the onion can be pre-fried in vegetable oil.
Add semolina, mix the minced meat well. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Grease the baking dish with oil. We form balls from the minced meat and place them at a short distance from each other. Place the pan in the oven for 15 minutes (180 degrees).

- 500 gr. chicken fillet;
- 1 onion (small);
- 50 gr. cheese;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 egg (yolk only);
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- 1 glass of cream;
- salt pepper.
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. To make cutting easier, you can freeze the fillet a little in the freezer. Peel and chop the onion as finely as possible. Mix the fillet with onion and raw yolk. Salt and pepper the minced meat.
Pour a little oil into the bowl and turn the device on to the “frying” mode. We form balls from the minced meat and place them in the oil heated in a bowl. Fry for 10 minutes, then carefully turn over and fry for another 10 minutes.

Cooking in the microwave

- 400 gr. chicken fillet;
- 100 gr. white bread;
- 100 ml milk;
- 1 yolk;
- 50 gr. butter;
- 0.5 cups cream;
- 1 teaspoon flour;

Pour the milk into a glass bowl and bring to a boil in the microwave. Place white bread without crusts into hot milk. Leave for 5 minutes.
Wash the chicken fillet, cut into pieces, and place in a blender bowl. There we also put the raw yolk, bread squeezed out of the milk, as well as salt and pepper. Turn on the blender and turn our products into homogeneous minced meat.
Form balls from the resulting mass and place them in one layer on the bottom of a glass pan. Pour boiling water over the balls and add a little salt. Cook at full microwave power for 4 minutes.
Then remove the cooked balls with a spoon and place them in a clean mold. Mix the cream with a teaspoon of flour and a little salt, pour the sauce into the balls. Cook at full power for 3 minutes.

To prepare chicken meatballs with buckwheat in cream sauce, you need to take the following ingredients:
- 500 grams of chicken fillet;

- Low-calorie balls are stewed in a slow cooker without frying. Choose the “Stew” or “Multi-cook” option.
- Instead of hard cheese, you can add processed cheese to the sauce, and then the balls will be juicier with a pronounced delicate aftertaste.

- 500 gr. chicken fillet;
- 1 onion;
- 1 yolk;
- 1 tablespoon sour cream;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 2 tablespoons semolina;
- 200 ml cream;
- 100 gr. hard cheese;
- 50 gr. smoked sausage cheese;
- a little butter for the mold.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Finely chop the onion. Place the onion in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and rub with your hands until the juice appears. Add chopped chicken fillet, raw yolk, sour cream and semolina to the onion. Season with salt and spices. Stir and let the minced meat stand for 15 minutes.
We form balls from the minced meat, place them in a greased pan and put the pan in the oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, grate both types of cheese and mix them with cream. Remove the pan from the oven and pour in the sauce. Place the pan back in the oven and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes.
In creamy tomato sauce (cook in a double boiler)

- 500 gr. chicken fillet;
- 1 yolk;
- 2 tablespoons rice;
- ½ part of an onion;
- 2 slices of white loaf;
- milk for soaking the loaf;
- ¾ cup cream;
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
- salt and spices to taste.
Wash the rice well and soak for 2 hours in cold water. Pre-soaking the rice will reduce the cooking time of the chicken balls.
Advice! Rice can be taken with both round and long grains, but it is not recommended to use steamed cereals for this dish.
Wash the chicken breast, dry it and cut into pieces. Grind the fillet in a meat grinder or blender. Cut off the peels from the slices of white loaf and pour milk over them. After a couple of minutes, squeeze out the pieces of bread and add them to the minced meat. Add raw yolk there. Salt the water from the rice, rinse the cereal again and add it to the minced meat.

- 500 gr. chicken fillet;
- 2 slices of white loaf (without crusts);
- water or milk for soaking the loaf;
- 1 yolk;
- 2 tablespoons sour cream;
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs;
- 1 onion;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 300 ml cream (10%);
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- dry aromatic herbs to taste;
- salt, ground black pepper to taste.
Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces and place in a blender bowl. We also send there a white loaf soaked in water or milk, which needs to be squeezed out well. Add sour cream and raw yolk. Immediately add salt and pepper. Turn on the blender and grind the products until you get a homogeneous minced meat.
Transfer the minced meat into a bowl, add breadcrumbs and mix. Leave for 15 minutes, covering the bowl with a lid.
Chop the onion and chop it into thin pieces. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Then place the balls made from minced chicken into a frying pan with oil.
Prepare the cream, chop the garlic, grind it with a pinch of salt. Add cream and stir. Add aromatic dry herbs to taste. Pour the sauce into the pan with the chicken balls and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
How to cook tender meatballs?
To make the meat more tender, it is washed, coated with mayonnaise and left in the refrigerator overnight. However, if you don't have time, you can skip this step. Then the marinated fillet is washed and dried with napkins. Cut the fillet in half, cover with cling film and beat with a hammer. Then finely chop. The onions are peeled and finely chopped, the pieces should not be felt. You can grate it.
Break an egg into a separate bowl and add spices. Using a whisk or fork, beat the egg mixture. Add it to the minced meat with onions and mix thoroughly. Add starch and mix again. Garlic passed through a press is also sent here.
To form chicken meatballs in cream sauce, you need to immediately take a bowl of cold water. By periodically dipping your fingers there, you can avoid the minced meat sticking to your hands.
Form small balls. To prepare chicken meatballs in creamy sauce, you need to take a baking dish. It is lightly greased with vegetable oil. Place the resulting balls and put them in the oven. Warm it up to 190 degrees. Keep the meatballs for about twenty minutes, then take them out to pour the sauce over them.

Creamy sauce for chicken balls can be made with mushrooms. It is best to use champignons; they have a delicate aroma and taste that does not overwhelm the taste of the main dish.
- 200 gr. champignons;
- 400 gr. minced chicken;
- 1 yolk;
- 1 glass of cream;
- 170 gr. cheese;
- 1.5 cups ground crackers;
- 30 ml vegetable oil;
- salt, ground black pepper to taste;
- fresh herbs to taste.
Approximately 50 gr. Cut the cheese into small cubes, grate the rest of the cheese. Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, mix with raw yolk and ground breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper to taste, add grated cheese to the minced meat.
Divide the minced meat into small balls and place a cube of cheese in the center of each ball. Fry the prepared balls in vegetable oil on both sides.
Separately, fry the champignons, cut into small slices. Pour the cream into the mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste. Place the fried chicken balls in the creamy mushroom sauce and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
