Ingredients:

  • Pork liver – 1 kilogram
  • Sour cream - 4-5 tbsp. spoons
  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Onion – 1 piece
  • Mustard - 2 teaspoons
  • Vegetable oil - To taste (for frying)
  • Ground black pepper - To taste
  • Salt - To taste

How to cook:

First of all, we need to clean the liver from the film, rinse it and cut it into small pieces or bars.

Place the chopped liver in a deep bowl and pour milk, leave for 40-50 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and mustard, add ground pepper and salt. After the time has passed, drain the liver in a colander. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl and set the “Frying” mode, lay out the liver and fry it on all sides for 5 minutes. Then add the onion, cut into half rings, to the liver and fry everything together for a minute. Now turn on the “Stew” mode, pour the prepared sour cream sauce into the multicooker and cook the liver for 30-40 minutes. When it is ready, the multicooker will beep. Bon appetit!

Compound:

  • turkey liver – 0.6 kg;
  • zucchini – 0.2 kg;
  • sweet pepper – 0.2 kg;
  • tomatoes – 0.2 kg;
  • sour cream – 0.2 kg;

  • wheat flour – 50 g;
  • refined vegetable oil – 60 ml;

Cooking method:

To prepare chicken liver stewed in sour cream in a slow cooker, you will need: chicken liver - 400 g; wheat flour - 3 tbsp. l; salt, spices for chicken - to taste; onion - 1 pc.; vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l; carrots - 1 pc.; turmeric - 0.5 tsp; hot water - 150-200 ml; sour cream - 4-5 tbsp. l.

Cooking steps

Pour the flour into a flat plate, add a little salt and a generous pinch of chicken spices, stir the flour mixture.


Wash the chicken liver, dry it and, leaving it in large pieces, roll it on all sides in the flour mixture.


Peel the carrots and onions. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and set the “Frying” program for 20 minutes. After 5 minutes, when the oil is hot, add the chicken liver. Fry it until golden brown on one side, then turn it over and let it brown on the other side. It will take about 10 minutes to fry the liver in a multicooker. Then add the onion, cut into thin quarters, and the carrots, cut into thin circles (or semi-circles), to the liver, mix and fry, stirring occasionally, until the end of the program.


Next, add turmeric, pour in hot water, and add salt to taste.


Set the “Stew” program for 25 minutes, close the multicooker lid. After 15 minutes, add sour cream at room temperature.


Stir and cook the liver with sour cream for 10 minutes (until the end of the “Stew” mode).
