  • vegetable oil – 20 ml;
  • heavy cream – 400 ml;
  • salt – 10 grams.

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, peel them, and then wash them again.
  2. Dry the vegetable on a paper towel.
  3. Cut the potatoes into thin slices or grate them on a special grater. Place the chopped vegetable in a separate container, add salt and seasoning, crushed garlic and herbs. Mix with your hands.
  4. Grease a deep baking tray with vegetable oil. Place the potatoes on it in an even layer.
  5. Fill it with cream.

To bake bacon and creamed potatoes in the oven, you will need:

  • potatoes – 900 grams;
  • bacon – 120 grams;
  • onions - 2 turnips;
  • chicken egg – 3 pieces;
  • cream of any fat content – ​​180 ml;
  • Parmesan cheese – 190 grams;
  • butter – 20 grams;
  • sunflower oil – 20 ml;
  • salt – 10 grams.

Cooking process:

  1. Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Place the frying pan on the stove, pour vegetable oil onto it. Place the chopped onion in a hot frying pan and fry it until golden brown.
  3. Finely chop the bacon and place in the pan. Fry with onions for about 5 minutes.
  4. Grease a deep baking tray with vegetable oil.
  5. Wash the potatoes, peel and rinse again. Cut the vegetable into very thin slices.
  6. Place half the potatoes in an even layer on the bottom of the baking sheet, sprinkle with salt.
  7. Top the potatoes with fried onions and bacon.

  • potatoes – 900 grams;
  • chicken fillet – 400 grams;
  • carrots - one piece;
  • onion – 2 heads;
  • heavy cream – 250 ml;
  • Provençal herbs – 8 grams;
  • salt – 12 grams;
  • vegetable oil – 30 grams.

Cooking steps:

  1. Wash the potatoes from the soil, peel and wash again. Dry it on a paper towel. Cut the vegetable into small circles or into small slices.
  2. Wash the chicken and chop finely.

If you think there is too much liquid, open the lid slightly and add heat. If, on the contrary, the potatoes are dry, add a little water.

For those who do not like the taste of stewed onions, I advise you to first fry them in butter (which we would add at the end according to the recipe) until golden brown. And then put in the potatoes and add water.

The taste of this dish depends on the mushrooms you use. The most appetizing dish is obtained if you take chanterelles or porcini mushrooms. If you can’t find them, you can use champignons.

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • potatoes - 10 medium-sized tubers;
  • heavy cream – 500 grams;
  • mushrooms – 450 grams;
  • onion - one turnip;
  • carrots - one piece;
  • vegetable oil – 25 ml;
  • salt – 10 grams.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the potatoes well, peel and cut into small pieces.
  2. Boil the potato pieces in salted water until fully cooked.
  3. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Cut the onion into small cubes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and place it on the stove. Place mushrooms and onions in a hot frying pan and fry for about 5 minutes. Add carrots. Fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add to cream. Stir ingredients and bring to a boil.
