  • Potatoes – 700 g.
  • Salt (for puree and minced meat) - to taste.

  • Caraway.
  • Flour – 90 g.
  • Ground white crackers.
  • Butter – 25 g.
  • Minced chicken – 250 g.
  • Pepper.
  • Onion – 180 g.
  • Finely chopped fresh dill - 1 tbsp. l.

Step-by-step preparation of potato zrazas:

  • Minced meat - 750 gr
  • Onion - 2 pcs.
  • Water 100 ml
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves (or garlic seasoning)
  • Dill - a small bunch
  • Grated cheese - 50-70 g

Preparation:

1. First boil the potatoes in their jackets. Then peel and mash into a puree (you can put it through a meat grinder or use a blender). Add eggs and cream to it, as well as salt and spices.
