- Hard cheese – 150 gr.
- Garlic.
- Greenery.
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- A little vegetable oil.
- Soy sauce – 150 ml.
- Salt, breadcrumbs, spices.
Algorithm of actions:
- Cut the pork into beautiful layers. Beat them off with a kitchen hammer (if you use cling film, the kitchen will be much cleaner).
- Pour soy sauce over the meat. Leave for a kind of marinating.
- While the meat is marinating, prepare the filling. Rinse the greens. Dry with towels. Chop.
