Ingredients:
- Chicken breast – 800 g;
- Soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.;
- Breadcrumbs;
- Salt, spices - to taste.
Cooking Instructions:
- We wash small chicken breasts with water and pat dry with napkins. Cut each breast in half lengthwise into two equal parts. Then cover the meat pieces with cling film and lightly beat with a hammer.

- Pork neck - 1 kg;
- Cheese - 100 gr.;
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- Salt, spices - to taste;
- Flour - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Cooking method:
1. Rinse and dry the meat. Cut it into thin slices.
2. Beat each plate well with a hammer on both sides.
3. Now put all the chopped pieces into a bowl, add salt and any spices. Toss the pieces with your hands so that the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the meat.
